-Wes-

My eyes shot open as I gasped for breath.

"Jesus, Wes." Boze jumped as I did.

"W- Where am I?" I huffed as my eyes shot around the room...
Bunk beds..

"Were still shooting for winter games, dumb dumb." She joked as she jumped on the end of my bed.

A smile crossed my cheeks as I grappled her into a hug.

"Oh god. I had the worst dream." I exhaled as I continued to hold her.

"Not sure if I should ask this or but but.. was I in it?" She said with a cheeky grin as we parted our hug.

I began briefly laughing as I gently shook my head.

"Yes. You were" I sighed, a smile plastered to my face.
"I know this is going to sound terribly weird but.. god, you mean so much to me." I huffed.

"Wes, you mean a lot to me too."

I sighed, holding her little hands in mine as my attention was drawn to the snow outside.

"Ooh. Can we go outside?" She urged.
Id found new value in her, there's no way I'd deny her.

"Sure." I smiled.
She leapt up and ran out, I grabbed my coat and quickly followed behind her.

I watched her jump out into the thick snow as she began pulling together a snowman.

I put my coat on as I went out and helped her, hearing her laugh as we began making the toros.

"Go get some sticks!" She yelled.
I shrugged and turned when she hurled a snowball at my back.

I shook my head, still smiling as I turned around and saw her standing nonchalantly with her hands behind her back.

"Very funny" I mocked.

"What was?"
I stepped toward her, noticing a small pile already beside her.
I laughed, inching closer as she threw the other snow ball at me.

I watched as she immediately went to grab another but I caught her wrist before she could, hearing her laugh as I pulled her closer to me.

She looked up at me a smile on her face as I collected her hand in mine, our fingers intertwined.

I gently brought my hand to her cheek as my eyes were seemingly permanently fixed on hers.
"Out of everything we've been through.. I'm so glad it's you." I whispered to her.
She laughed for a second, breaking our gaze before turning back to me.

I ran my hand from her cheek to her hair as I slowly leant in toward her, a calm yet pleasant look struck her as I was inches away from her.

I smiled as we gently kissed, snow falling around us. Everything was so serene.

I miss her.
