Spyen and Wanda stood at opposite ends of the city, but their minds were completely connected. They both used their similar power of mind manipulation to get as many people out of the city as they could. Spyen wasn't familiar with manipulation and Wanda had to transfer some of her power to Spyen through their minds. Spyen looked at all the people around her and they all carried bags and coats. In the eyes of the civilians was a slight hint of red to signal that the manipulation was working. Spyen felt her body start to weaken and she shook her head.

Wanda, I'm losing it.

There was a moment of silence before she responded. We've done the job. Let's get back.

Spyen dropped her glowing hands. Copy.

Spyen and Wanda were quick to gather themselves to Clint who was waiting for them on the corner.

Spyen let out a small pant, "Done. They would all be moving to get out of the city."

Clint noticed Spyen's posture, "You okay?"

Spyen waved her hand, "Fine."

Clint let out a breath, "This was only part of the mission."

Spyen nodded her head, "I know."

The conversation was cut short as the trio heard the scream of civilians. They all looked up and saw an army of suits gain in on their position. Spyen and Wanda shared a glance before they rushed over to the bridge. Spyen shouted at them to run while Wanda pulled up an energy shield just in time for one of the suits to shook at them. As Spyen pushed the people back, Wanda's shield faltered at the blast of a suit and she went flying to her stomach. Wanda let out a groan as Spyen lifted her hands and pushed the suits back. She took a robot into he air and tore the machine in half with the separation of her hands.

Spyen went to attack another suit, but the ground beneath her was shifting as she felt the ground shake. Spyen looked down to the ground as she heard Ultron's voice in her head, "Do you see, the beauty of it? The inevitability. You rise, only to fall. You, Avengers, you are my meteor. My swift and terrible sword and the Earth with crack with the weight of your failure." Spyen's body shifted and she had to hold on to a car to keep from falling. She looked over at Wanda and Spyen could clearly see her terror, "Purge me from your computers, turn my own flesh against me. It means nothing. When the dust settles, the only thing living in this world will be metal."

Spyen moved away from the edge of the city that was rising into the air and steadied herself onto her feet.

"Cap, you got incoming." Starks voice was quick.

"Incoming already came. Stark, you worry about bringing the city back down safely. The rest of us have one job; Tear these things apart. You get hurt; hurt them back. You get killed—Walk it off."

Spyen let out a breath as she shared a glance with Wanda before the two started to get as many people to safety as they could.

After the Captain's short speech, Spyen couldn't help but get a feeling that somebody wasn't going to come back from the fight. As Spyen was in her thoughts, a suit decided that the distraction would be the best time of attack. The machine didn't have thoughts so Spyen wasn't able to predict its actions. The suit grabbed her by the arm and lifted her up into the air. She let out a gasp and used her free hand to push a hex through it. The suit crumbled and Spyen fell from the air. The agent crashed down onto the roof of a car with a forceful impact. She let out a groan and tried to sit up, but a sudden pain made her let out a shout. Spyen looked to the painful sight and saw a piece of metal sticking through her stomach, pinning her to the car.
