The day zoomed by. Before I knew it Colby was telling me to get ready to go. I giggled like a school girl and ran in excitement. I was so ready to see the rest of the town.
"You ready to go ash?" Colby called out from downstairs.
"Yeah coming!" I yelled back shutting off my lights and walking out of my room. I ran down the stairs and Colby stood there. His hoodie draped over his shoulder.
"Let's go then" he smiled and did a little skip and ran out of the room.
It was interesting to see the town. I had only been around the airport area and our neighborhood. It seemed no different from Kansas. Everyone minded their own business and went on their way.
The stores definitely were though. They were huge and filled with the most unique people.
"So what do you need" Colby asked scamming through the school supplies. He held up a decorated pink pencil bag and modeled it.
"Beautiful Colby, but I'll just the folders and some pencils" I laughed, "I can use my backpack to carry the rest."
"You're allowed to do that here?" He looked at me confused.
"I'm guessing so."
Meanwhile
Elton chuckled to himself as he poured the purple dye into the shampoo bottle. This was gonna the the best prank.
"You sure Ashton will be cool with this?" Aaron asked from the doorway. Elton shrugged.
"She seems pretty cool, I bet she won't kill us."
"Okay, but if she asks I'm not apart of this" Aaron threw his hands in the air and walked away.
"what a pussy."
