You POV
My stupid alarm went off again, like alarms always do. My Dad was nagging me about slamming it in the morning, but I didn't care right now. I may hate my alarm, but I don't want my dad being like, "TIME TO GET UP," in five in the morning. I didn't need that, especially with the handful Conner Murphy. He's so confusing and I don't get him. His sister, Zoe Murphy, is nothing like him though. She actually apologized for her brother's actions to Evan and me. I honestly couldn't believe they were related. I yawned and got ready for school like any other normal day. "(Y/N, if I find out you threatened another bully, no more ice cream for you!" He said. Sometimes, no, MOST of the times, my dad's an annoying butt. He's always telling me terrible advice and making fun of me. I hate it. But, it's my fault, because I told my Mom that she should leave my dad because she deserved better. I just didn't know my dad would make me stay with him. So, my mom is in who knows where, and I'm stuck with my but face dad all the time and everyday. I sigh and start walking to school again. I look up at the school again and start walking inside. This time, I see Michael in the hallway by his locker. He seemed lonely so I walked up to him to say hi. "Hey Michael, long time no see," I teased. He turned around and smiled. "Oh yes, I totally didn't see you in History. Anyways, what brings you to talk to me?" He asked. "Nothing, just thought you were lonely. And I wanna meet cha boyf-riend," I said. Michael laughed at the way I said boyfriend. I saw Jeremy walk over and wave. "Hey. I see Michael made a friend? I'm Jeremy, you are?" He asked. "(Y/N). I see you and Michael are boyfriends~," I greeted. Jeremy blushed. "How'd you know?!" He asked. "Backpacks," I explained. They laughed and turned around. "Riends-boyf?" I asked, showing that they were backwards. They turned around and laughed at their mistake. We heard the bell ring and we all went to class. "Alright class, you know what to do," The teacher said. Conner walked over to Michael and me again. "Why were you guys talking outside of class?" Conner asked. Wow. This kid has a special way of greeting people. "Because we want to be friends?" I asked !ore of said. "Psh. That's stupid. Friends are for weirdos," He said. Michael rolled his eyes and said,"Don't worry about him (Y/N), he just wants to bully you the most because you're not scared of him." I sighed. "Whatever. Can we just start now?" I asked, obviously tired of Conner. Michael nodded. "Whatever, nerds," Conner said. I got very annoyed. "Do you ever support your own teammates? Because right now, how you're treating us like you're tripping your own track team in a race," I said. Conner looked offended in a way. "Well maybe if you weren't so-" I cut him off. "I don't care if I'm too much of anything for you! All Michael and I have been trying to do is work, and you're making a big deal! I don't understand why you asked to work with us if you're just gonna tell us that we're weird. If you don't like us, then change groups!" I ranted. "Well-" i cut him off again and added,"We're continuing this at lunch. I'm gonna start working now." I sighed and continued to work on the project.

I sat down at a table next to Evan. I was gonna sit next to Michael and Jeremy, but I shouldn't ruin their bromance. I soon see Conner walk up to Evan and me. He sat next to me. "We're continuing this argument," He said. You've gotta be kidding me. I looked at him. "Alright. I said if you don't like is change groups," I said. "Ah yes. Well, I don't want to, but if I did, nobody would want me, because they don't like me. Not even my own sister likes me, and my parents always nag me," He said. So I'm guessing he's more here for advice than an argument? I sighed. "What're you complaining about? Your parents nag you because they care about you, and maybe it's because you're never open to your sister about anything. Even homework. At least your Dad isn't annoying and trying to get you to do weird things while your mom could be anywhere in the world right now. Plus, you're trying to trick me into giving you advice, am I right?" I asked. Evan looked at me. "U-Uh oh (Y/N), h-he's m-mad, r-run," Evan stuttered. "Shut up sister-lov-" I cut Conner off again. "Excuse me, but I'd rather you not talk to my friend that way. And you didn't answer my question. Were you trying to get advice from me?" I repeated. Conner looked at me. "You....Clever girl. Fine. I am. Happy?" He asked. I nodded. "And..Were you telling the truth about your parents..?" He added. "Yes. But there's more to it that I don't trust you with. No offense Evan, I just haven't known you for long, and Conner hasn't been on my good side," I said. They both looked at me and the bell rang. I sighed as I realized I hadn't eaten much. Oh well, I'll survive. I went through the rest of school without much food until I finally got home and ate something. And to make my day even better than it was, when I told my dad I didn't eat, he said,"Good, you need to loose weight anyways." Today was not as great.
