To The Revolutionary Confession! (Chapter 7)

I'm on a horse near a tent. Okay then. This is probably a dream I'm guessing...I don't have a horse. Or a tent. Or any clue what this dream is. All I know about this is that it's confusing. I put the horse in the stable and walked in the tent. I saw Connor, Evan, Michael, and Jeremy. "(Y/N)! There you are! General Washington is coming today. Something about the plan?" Connor said. General Washington? Oh no. I'm dreaming about Hamilton. I don't know what to think about this. I mean, I love Hamilton, don't get me wrong, but this is a whole new thing. Wait.. How am I aware I'm dreaming? "Because of me. Don't worry, just go with it. You only have several hours left of this dream," The 'Dream Squip' said. I nodded. "Do you know what time he's arriving to tell us?" I asked. I heard a knock. "Now apparently!" Michael said. Jeremy started running around in circles in panic. Dreams are pretty damn weird, squip or not. Then again, Jeremy is weird. In a good way though. So I don't know if this is dream weird, or Jeremy weird. Jeremy suddenly stood like a solider and saluted George Washington. "Men. Woman. I have a request for all of you," Washing stated. "Yes, Sir?" I asked. "Mell and Heere, go help teach our new men to shot. Murphy, come with me. (L/N), I have something important for you to do," He said. We all nodded and Michael and Jeremy left. "Hey (Y/N).." Connor said. "Yes?" I asked. "I love you," He said. Those words were music to my ears from Connor. "I love you too," I said as he kissed me. Now, in reality, I would've passed out, but then again, this is just a dream. I smiled and went to Washington for the assignment as Connor went to taming horses. I never thought even in a dream I loved him. Maybe I'm just crazy. I don't know. I turned my attention to Washington. "What's my assignment, Sir?" I asked. He looked at papers instead of answering me. Maybe he didn't hear me? "Sir," I said once again. He suddenly put his attention on me. "Ah, right. I want you to go with Mulligan undercover. You're pretending to be husband and wife," Washington stated. As much as I would rather have that mission with Connor, I nod. It's just acting. "You start in three days," He added. Guess I won't have to do it, because I won't be dreaming this. Probably. 'How much more time until I wake up, Squip?' I asked in a telepathic way. 'Five minutes. Don't worry, something's gonna happen and I'm sure you'll be satisfied with it,' They said. I nodded and walked out to see Connor on one knee in front of me. "Connor?" I asked. "(Y/N) (L/N), will you make me the happiest man in the world and marry me?" He asked. A horse came by and dropped a ring in his hand. Damn. I love this dream. And then what happened? I woke up. Yay. Stupid school. At least it's finally Friday. (Yes, Inky-Chan forgot the weekends. Woops. Guess you have six days of school this week. My bad readers.)  I got up still thinking about my dream. Wouldn't it be cool if it actually happened? As much as I'd love that, people die in war. I don't want to die in war, nor do I want my friends to die in war. They're all I got. I pick up my bag and start walking to school. Michael and Jeremy were the first ones to walk with me, as always. "Hey (Y/N)! Are you confessing to Connor?" Michael asked. "Dunno. I might. I had a dream about it...It was cool, but weird at the same time," I said. Everyone else joined in with walking and we walked inside school. "Hey, (Y/N)..." Connor said. "Hm?" I asked. "Can you see me after school?" Connor asked. I nodded. "Great! Behind the tree at school, okay?" He added. I nodded again and went to class.

I walked up to the big tree behind school and saw Connor. I waved and made my to him. "So what'd you want to talk about?" I asked. "Um..I don't know how to say this...," He started. He pulled out his phone and played Helpless instrumental. "I have never been the kinda guy to like the spotlight, but now my life is better because you're a part of life, you always looked dazzled in the room, but you stopped me and my heart went boom," He sang at first. The rest didn't sound close to the original lyrics, but it felt better. "Now here's where things got me off track, everything you said I thought was an act, but now I know that is all was a fact. And then you still excepted me even with everything we had,  now here I go rambling back to back! It's really hard to say this because I know I lack a lot of things, but (Y/N) (L/N), I love you, and you bring me up like Angel Wings! I know feelings are complicated and I can't get mine straight, but now I know that the only ones for you are just great! (Y/N), will you go out with me?" He said. I was a blushing mess. "Connor Murphy, yes, I'd be honored," I said. He smiled and walked me home that day. Today is perfect.
