No swearing.
I looked around the big building I was in. In the beginning I didn't see anyone, but I knew they were there. I opened a door and went inside. the woman sitting behind the counter looked at me, almost like she was questioning how I got here and why. I gave her a sideways look, hoping that she wouldn't alarm anyone about my presence. I continued through another door. The first thing that hit me was the fact that I had been here before. There were things written in the rug. Well it looked like there was. I had no memory of being in this place, writing on the ground. The other thing that caught my attention was the thing that was standing right in front of the little message. It was something that looked like a chocolate muffin, and a little piece of a chocolate bar on the side of it. Even though I couldn't remember the place, or the fact that I may or may not have written something to it, I still sat down in front of the chocolate and started writing again. I wrote some of the things that you (The reader) read in the beginning, writing my story again. But I didn't get to write much before I heard footstep coming towards me. I decided to try my luck and see if I could write the last word before they noticed me. Unfortunately my luck wasn't with me this time. I only needed to write "chocolate" and then I would run and hide, but I only got to write "chocol" before it was too late. A blonde woman in a white lab coat looked at me with her Ipad in her hands. I fell over my own legs as I tried to get up and run, and just ended up landing on my back. I quickly crawled a few steps backwards and just looked at her. She didn't seem to know what to do with me. She just stood there and looked at me with surprised eyes. But we both knew what she was supposed to do, according to the protocol.
*Every intruder found on or in the building is to be escorted to the man in charge, and then get a fitting punishment. The punishment will be set after discussing the rules that had been broken by the intruder. If the intruder has 1 or more punishments they will get killed to set an example for all the others who might think about breaking in. If it's a group of intruders security is to be called and then, no matter how many or how few punishments they may have, the one who got the idea to break in will get killed on sight. The others will then get another punishment and then sent home. Other than those few cases of group attacks and the first punishment, there is no mercy to be had in this place.*
The "man in charge" had a kind of god syndrome about this place, with all his rules. She dropped her arms to her sides and still just looked at me with those confused and surprised eyes. For a brief second I saw two things underneath her lab coat. A small radio/walkie talkie kinda thing, and a gun. Luckily they were only allowed to use the gun on outsiders if they tried to run away, and actually was on their feet. And the radio was only being used to communicate with. I knew that she knew what to do, so before she could do it I gave her a look. A look of fear. I saw her hands slowly reaching for the radio.
"Please."
I whispered, looking briefly at the door asking her to let me go. She took a hold on her radio, but couldn't deny the look I was giving her, and how it made her feel inside. After all I was still just a kid, and she was a young woman. I were really hoping that she would let me go, since she wouldn't have any clue as to how many times I had been here before. I had gotten my "last warning" a few times now, so going to the "man in charge" was not an option. The only reason why I had gotten so many "last warnings" as I called them, was because every time someone had noticed me, I had been quick enough on my feet to run away before they could catch me. She dropped her hands again, and just looked at me with those motherly eyes that women tend to have in that age.
"I know I'm supposed to bring you in but, go."
"thank you."
I slowly got back up on my feet and was ready to leave this place again.
"but if I find you here again, next time I won't hesitate to bring you in. So kid, stay out of trouble got it?"
I nodded and quickly ran out the door.
*Tell me if you want a full story on any of these chapters. I can do that if people want me to. All you have to do is ask. ^.^ *
