You sit in the car. It's a peaceful night. You sigh and turn the keys. The lights from the car illuminates the road in front of you. You start to drive. You don't know where you're going, but in some way you do know.

You drive through a forest. The trees are tall and scary in the night as you quickly pass by them. You make it out of the forest and you know you're close to your destination. You can see it up ahead.

You put the car to a halt on top of the cliff. You pull the handbrake and step out, the car is still running. You walk to the edge and look down. The water is dark, deep and scary, and yet it's still somewhat inviting. The voices won't be quiet.

"No. No, no, no... Stop it... SHUT UP!!" You tell out into the night, hands clinging to the top of your head while you fall to your knees. It's your fault... You did it... You know it's because of you... That's what they say. Every day since...

You can't take it anymore. You take a deep breath and close your eyes. You start to count to ten and then you get up. You walk back to the car and get in. You pull the handbrake again and slowly backs away. When you felt like it was far enough you stop.

You push the accelerator all the way down and go as fast as your car allows you to. As you get closer and closer to the edge your eyes start to tear up. You're crying. You just wanted to forget. You wanted it to never happen. But it did and you know it.

The car drives out over the cliff and you start your descent towards the water. You look at the USB in your hand and wonder if anyone would ever find it. Would you even care if they did? It contained the explanation that you had kept hidden all this time.

"I'm sorry..." You whisper to yourself. You hear the voices go quiet in your head and you're suddenly all alone in the car. You feel the car crash against the water. You start to sink. You had left the window closest to you a little bit open, not a lot but enough to let a bit of water come in.

As the car fills up with water and you slowly get further and further down you can feel your body give up and let go. This is it. This is what you wanted. This is the feeling you've been seeking ever since that day... This is the feeling of dying.
