2 months later....

"Toby I'm going out, I'll be back" Yvonne said kissing me

"I will see you when you get back" I fake smile. As soon as she leaves I wipe my lips. I always wipe my lips off whenever that thing so called a girl kisses me. Spencer kisses better. Spencer's lips are so warm and soft and she taste like coffee and vanilla. Yvonne lips are hard and cold (authors note I just wanted to point out Toby kisses Yvonne differently on the show. Noticed how its always closed and a peck. But with Spencer or should I say Alex its a tongue war. Manon you know what I'm talking about) and chapped. I miss Spencer so much, I also miss my son. My baby. Its been 2 months since I've last seen them. 

I go to the living room and go on my phone. I go to my pictures and scrolled through. I smiled at the pictures of Sebastian and mostly Spencer. I dialed her number. I don't care what Yvonne says. I just need to hear her voice. 

It was ringing

and ringing

and ringing until 

"Hello?" I hear her voice. I smile

"Hello?" she said again

"Hey" I finally said

"Toby?"

"yeah, hey whats up" I asked nervously. Why am I so nervous? It's only Spencer

"I'm okay. Toby you shouldn't be calling, you're going to get in trouble" she panics

"I'll take my chances. I miss you guys and I love you"

"We love you too. I gotta go, delete the time call so she won't know, bye" then she hung up

I go to the kitchen to make MYSELF something to eat.

"ooh something smells good" Yvonne said walking in

"yeah I just got finished cooking, now I'm eating" I muttered as I sit down and began to eat.

"Well?"

"Well what Yvonne?"

"Where's my plate, did you make me one?"

"Well what had happen was, I only made myself a plate" I ate "You're a big girl you can cook for yourself" I said

"Is that how you treated Spencer"

"No because I actually love her" I shook my head. I finished the last of my food. I cleaned up my mess and went to bed

As I laid down Yvonne comes and lays down with me and tries to cuddle

"Don't even think about it, Im not in the mood" I spat. 

"You better watch yourself Toby, are you forgetting who you're talking to?"

"Are YOU forgetting who you are dealing with. You're dealing with a very angry guy who lost his family because a selfish brat can't take no for an answer."

"Talk to me like that again, and your son is one phone call away from being taken" she lies down and falls asleep.

I never slept. I waited until she was in a deep sleep. I carefully got off the bed and walked out and went to the guest bedroom which I've bee doing for the past 2 months I've been here.

Its now morning. I showered and ate. I didnt feel like going out so I just stayed inside. Yvonne comes downstairs and sits besides me on the couch

"What can you possibly want now?" I rolled my eyes and focused on the TV

"I have another deal for you, and it's pretty big it's guarantee to keep Spencer and Sebastian safe " she smirked

" And what could that possibly be" I raised my eyebrows

Spencer's POV

it's been 2 months. 2 month since I haven't seen Toby. Sebastian and I miss him so much.

"Mommy, when daddy come home" he asked

"I don't know sweetie, hopefully soon" I sighed as he eats.

knock knock

I go to the door and see Aria there

"Hey Spencer what's up" she said letting herself in

"Still sad, I miss Toby so much. Just as this relationship was going so well, it blows up in my face" I spat.

"Sebastian honey, can you go to your room while Mommy and I talk" Aria asked

"Okay Auntie Aria" he gets down from the chair and goes to his room.

"Any word from Toby" Aria asked comforting Spencer

"He called yesterday. He just wanted to hear my voice. he said he misses me and Sebastian"

"Remind me again why he's doing this?"

"You know how Toby is, always protective. He wouldnt even let me go outside to the store when it was raining because he didn't want me to be strike by lightening" Spencer pouts.

Just then Spencer's phone rings, its Toby

"Its Toby" I smile

"Well answer it silly"

I sit back "Hey Toby"

Aria looked at me with worried eyes and I hung up

'Spencer what's wrong, is Toby okay?"

Spencer dropped her phone

"HE'S MARRYING YVONNE" I sobbed
