Toby's Pov

I got up and groaned. Another day and Spencer isn't here. She's still at the hospital. I finally got up from the bed and checked on the kids. I walked in the nursery and see that all of them are still asleep. They all look like Spencer which makes me miss her more. I took a shower and head downstairs where Tommy and his girlfriend were eating.
"Hey Toby" Tommy says looking up "Are you hungry?"
"I'm going to eat at the hospital with Spencer" I said
"How shes doing, is she okay?"
I put on my coat and headed to the door "Shes okay I guess, I gotta go" I said closing the door and heading to the car and drive off
As Im driving, I think about how on earth am I going to help Spencer remember. Maybe tomorrow I can bring the kids, that will trigger her memory maybe??
I pull into the drive way and make my inside the hospital and to the front desk
"Hello sir" the nurse said "how may I help you?" she asked
"Im here to see Spencer Cavanaugh" I smile back
"Oh they moved her to the ICU, she had a seizure so they want to keep a closer eye on her"
"What, she had a seizure, how come no one told me" I yelled banging my fist on the desk
"It literally just happened an hour ago, her room is 340I" the nurse gulps.
I run to the room only to see her with a breathing tube but shes awake. I didnt want to scare her so i cleared my throat
"ahem, Spencer" I said standing in the door way"
she looks up and smiles
"oh, Toby right" she asked "come in"
I smile and i come in and sit next to her
"How are you?" i asked "I heard that you had a seizure"
"yeah but Im okay, anyway how are you?" she asked
"Im okay, I will be better if you were home with me and the kids" I mumbled
She sits back and eats her food
"Can I ask you something?" she asked
"anything for you" I smile looking at her
"if its too much, can you bring the kids, I would love to see them" she beams
"yes, yes of course I can, I will bring them to
tomorrow" I smiled
"oh good thats amazing" she claps with joy
"Is there anything else for the queen" I tease
"Im actually sick of this hospital food, can you go to the store and buy me sp-
"Spaghetti with garlic bread, I know its your favorite" I get up and head to the store. I decided to get a buffalo ranch sandwich and two cherry cokes. One with cube ice and crushed ice for Spencer.
"Sir that will be 14.50". I handed the money and stepped aside and waited for my food. I looked at my phone and saw a text from Spencers mom
I should be there soon - Veronica
"Sir your order". I take my food and head back to the hospital and walk into the room
"youre back, finally im starving" she says. I laugh as I set the food on the table and serves the food and she began eating
"oh, this is so amazing, what are you eating?" she ask
"A buffalo ranch sandwich" I said biting into it
"Ew, that has so much salt and its so bas for you". she complains
I laugh
"whats so funny?" she ask
"You always say that when I buy it" I laugh again
"Oh I do, Im sorry" she said
"I also told you that you never have to say youre sorry" I tell her. She looks at me and smiles
"Youre such a cute guy, your eyes are so beautiful like the ocean" she says in awe
"that was one of the many things you fell in love with" I said leaning in, She leans in as well and as I was about to kiss her

My eyes widen. SHE REMEMBERS WREN. AND WHY IS THAT BRITISH GUY IS HERE
