August 20th - The wedding day
"More like Hell day" Toby muttered to himself. He really couldn't believe this day came. He only invited Caleb and some back up but thats not for later for his plan. He was in the room preparing for this disaster wedding. Boy do he wish Spencer was here. She told him that she didn't want to come. He looked at the mirror and fixed his tie when there was a knock on the door
"Hey" Caleb said popping his head in the door
"Hi" Toby muttered
"The witch is ready, are you?" He joked
"Lets just get this over already. Is the backup here, you gave them of the recording of her about what she said about Spencer and Sebastian right?"
"of course, always have your back" he said walking out. He left and headed to the altar to wait for Yvonne to come. When the music started she walked down smiling. It wasnt very much people there. Just a few of her friends. mom and dad and for Toby was Caleb and the rest of the guys. Jordan, Liam, Jason. Ezra couldnt make it. He ls currently in jail but send his love for Toby....to get back with Spencer. Yvonne walked down. Toby was smiling imagining she was Spencer. He pictured Spencer in his head and already was falling in love. He always pictured what Spencer would look like in a beautiful wedding dress. Shes more lace style. So her dress would be lace fitted dress that shows her sexy curves. Sadly the others except for Tobys friends didnt see it that way. They saw him falling in love with Yvonne but it was really Spencer
"look at how he's looking at her" Yvonnes mom cried.
"can we sneak out and get a burger" Liam whispered
"no, after the wedding" Caleb whispers back
"what exactly is the plan?" Jason asked
"i actually have no idea, he just said he has a plan" Caleb explains
"Good Morning today we are here to witness Toby Cavanaugh and Yvonne Phillips in Holy Matrimony. If these two should not be wedd, speak now or forever hold your peace" the pastor says
"do we say something" Jason asked Liam
"I guess not Toby said he had a plan, but let me call Aria she said she wanted to hear the wedding and see what will happen" Jason shrugged. He dials Aria number and she picks up the phone

Spencer's POV
I seriously cant believe he's marrying that witch. Ugh. Whatever Toby has planned better work, why am I so angry and moody and hungry. I can go for a grilled Cheese sandwich now.
"Spencer" Aria said
"what, what is it?" I snapped "Im sorry I didnt mean to snap, what happened" I asked
"Wedding is going on, want to hear it, just to see whatever Toby has planned go through"
"i guess, Hanna, Alison, Emily, wanna listen in?" I asked
"No" Hanna said
Emily nudges Hanna "of course we would" Emily smiles and they listen to the wedding.
*lets skip the vows*
"Yvonne repeat after me" The pastor said
"I Yvonne take thee Toby Cavanaugh to by lawful husband, to love and cherish, to hold in sickness and in health for richer or poor until death do us part"

"Ew she even sounds like a witch" Hanna said making the girls and some of the guys giggle"
"Okay Toby repeat after me, I Toby take thee Yvonne Phillips"
Toby was so in love. He couldn't stop thinking about Spencer. Its like he saw her face, her beautiful face with those award winning smile. That face with no makeup, just her natural face which makes him love her even more which lead him to do the unexpected (NOTE UNEXPECTED)
"I Toby Cavanaugh take thee Spencer Jill Hastings"
Everyone gasp.
Yvonne gasp
Her parents gasp
the guys gasp
the girls gasp
Spencer gasp
"Did he just-
"He did" Hanna finished Alison sentence "Spencer?" Hanna asked. When she turned around Spencer was already out the door

Toby was still smiling but then it hit him on what he just said
"I um mean Yvonne, I take thee Spencer Jill Hastings" but was interrupted with a smack on his face.
NOT PART OF THE PLAN" Toby thought to himself. Yvonne ran out and everyone followed. By the time she was outside police was everywhere holding their guns
"Put your hands in the air" Marco shouted. This was part 2 of the plan
"Yvonne Phillips you are under arrest for kidnapping and being invested in a sex slave business."  The cops came over and put her in handcuffs. "You have the right to remain silent, anything you say would be used against you in court. You have the right to have a lawyer, if you are unable to afford one the court will provide you one" Marco said as he puts Yvonne in the back.
"Thanks Marco I owe you one" Toby smiled
"Anything for a friend" he smiles back. He gets into his car and drives off.
Yvonnes family was clearly upset so they left.
"So is it over?" Caleb asked
"Its over, finally over" Toby smiles
"Toby you got company" Jason said as he nods forward. He turned around and saw Spencer. He turned back and saw the guys leave, so its only Spencer and him
He faces Spencer and smiles. She runs up to him and jumped in his arms and kisses him deeply and passionately.
"Its over" he smiled
"Its over" she smiled and repeated and kissed again. He pulled away slowly and rested his forehead on hers
" I love you" he said softly
"I love you too and I have something to show you" she smiled. Toby put her down and they head home. 
When they got there, no one was there. Aria had taken Sebastian with him for the night.
*lets skip to night*
"okay as much as I love being back in out bed having sex, I wanna see what you wanted to show me" Toby asked
"okay it takes time, we need to eat first" she said. Toby got dressed and ran to the kitchen.
Spencer laughed as she got dressed. Now that Yvonne is away, no crazy gf/bf to ruin anything   
she went downstairs to see Toby already eating
"slow down, trust me the present isnt going anywhere" She smiled. She sat down with him and ate.

After they were done Toby was anxious.
"So wheres my gift" He smiled. Spencer got up and walked into another room and came back with a huge box and sat it down besides him and sat back across the table from him
"Ive been working on it for a while now like 2 maybe 3 months ago when I got the news. I wanted to show you earlier but after with Yvonne it wasnt a good time, so now shes gone its perfect. The timing isn't right but who cares" Spencer said "Go ahead open it" she giggles. Toby opens the top and confetti and balloons popped up and read " Its a baby" and in the bottom was a few diapers and onesies and stuff animals. Toby knocked everything on the table causing it to fall on the floor and ran across to hug her tightly
"You're pregnant" He smiled
"2 months. Before you left I had found " she says. Toby cups her face and kisses her deeply.
"are you happy?" she asked
"Yes I am, I can actually be here and support you and the baby" he says placing his hand on her belly and kissing it.
"Okay Im really tired so clean up the mess and come sleep with me" she winked and went upstairs to bed. Toby cleaned up everything. He put his gift in a safe place so it wont get destroyed. He went upstairs to a beautiful sleeping Spencer. Toby smiled as he got into the bed and got in the covers and pulled Spencer close to him.
Finally they can start their lives with Sebastian and the new baby. Toby is hoping for a beautiful princess. He prays that there will be no more drama.
