3 weeks later.....
It's been 3 weeks since Spencer started working at the station in the Police Department. Things were going well and at the same it was awkward. She still hated having to give things to Toby, and every time she brings something to him, he was always try to start a conversation with him, but she ignores him. She was getting tired of giving things to Toby, so she had to quit. Sure working at the Brew didn't make as much as the Police Department, plus the money she got from there and the money from the Brew. She was able to rent the loft. It was a 2 bedroom. It was enough room for her and Sebastian. Her friends,well ex friends try to reach her non stop but she wasnt having it. Instead Spencer made new friends at her job, friends from her yoga class. She even started seeing a guy from her yoga class. His name is Mark, and he is absolutely gorgeous. He's no George Cloney but it was a close second.
Spencer's POV
"Spencer, here is your first paycheck" Marco said handing me the last paycheck
"Thanks Marco" I smiled opening the check. My eyes widen at the price
"Marco, oh my gosh" I said in excitement
"This came from me personally, you deserve the best and here" he said handing me another check
"That's your paycheck, have a good day" he said before returning to his office
This is crazy. $400,000, I can finally get my own place for me and Sebastian. After I get my paycheck I head over to the Brew and put on my apron and began to work.
"Hi how may I help you" I smile at the customer
"Yes can I have a tall coffee, two sugars" the customer says.
"sure, that will be $4.75" I said as I type his order in.
"one tall coffee, two sugars" I yelled out. "please wait over there, you're coffee will be ready soon" I told the customer as I pointed to the left side of the bar and went back to work
"Hey Spencer" I look up and saw Mark,a guy I started seeing
"Hey what are you doing here?' I smiled standing up hugging him
"Well I'm on my lunch break and I wanted to know if you want to grab a bite to eat" He asked shyly as he rubs the back of his neck
"Sure, let's go" I said grabbing my bag and then we left
At Rosewood Diner
Aria's POV
"Hanna, do you know where Jordan is taking you for the Honeymoon" I asked while eating my salad
"He won't tell me, I'm dying to know" she whined. Emily Alison laughed at her
"Guys its not funny, you know I don't like waiting" Hanna whined again
"It will be all worth it at the end" Ezra said, and Toby and Caleb nodded.
The bell for the door dings and we see Spencer coming in with a guy and they sit in the back
"Who's that" I asked. Everyone shrugged
"I tried calling and she changed her number" I said putting my elbows on the table. I look ahead and see her smiling and the mystery guy holding her hand from across the table.
"I haven't seen her smile like that in 3 years" I said sadly
"What were we thinking giving up on her" Emily spoke up "She's done everything for us and we took her for granted" she said poking her food with her fork. Just then we see 8 other people come and sit with Spencer. They all order food and began laughing and talking
