Toby's POV

"Rose told you I was moving and she's pregnant, I've only being going out with her like nine months, we didn't even have sex yet" I said. 

"well that's what she said" I shook my head. I asked Spencer to stay until I get back. Rose and I are gonna have words. I drive to Rose's house like a mad man. Because of her my relationship with Spencer was almost ruined. My son, I mean my son. When I get to her place, I pull up the drive way and banged on her door

"WHOS BANGING ON MY DOOR LIKE THAT??" She yells

"OPEN UP IT'S ME"  I said angrily

"oh" she opens the door and smiles but it quickly fades away "hey babe what's wrong?" she asked

"Why did you tell Spencer I was moving to Dubai with you and you're pregnant. We did't even have sex!!!" I yelled

"Well okay I lied about the pregnancy thing but You are moving to Dubai with me" she crossed her arms

"Im not moving with you. I have a child here. I want to be in Sebastian life. I didn't get a chance to have one, and that was my fault, but I'm not letting anything or anyone take that away from me,so I'm sorry but no I'm not moving away"

"But Toby-

"No" I cut her off " Rose it's over, I can't do this or long distance relationship" I said. I left and went back home leaving her speechless.

When I get back home I see Spencer cradling Sebastian in her arms. She looks so perfect. How can I give up on an angel such as herself. She is a very good mother to him and he's so well mannered and trained.

"Hey" she said looking up

"I broke up with Rose" I sighed

"Oh no Toby, now I wished I haven't said anything" she apologizes but I stopped her

"You have nothing to feel bad about, I'm glad you told me this. I wasn't planning on going anyway. We have a son to raise and I promised that I will be there now on, and I would like to keep that promise." I said looking into her beautiful eyes.

"I hope you keep that promise, not for me but for Sebastian" she said getting up and handing Sebastian over to me. "I gotta go, but I will see you guys on Monday". I leave to go in my car, but I had this weird feeling someone is following me, I turn and I see a shadow and ran to my car

Who is following me?

"sure night Spencer" I smiled

"Night Toby" she smiled back and leaves

I carry the baby to his room with his turtle and placed him back in his bed and tucked him in. I leaned in and kissed his forehead "Good night buddy"

next morning

Spencer's POV

I wake up the morning to a text alert on my phone. It was Mark saying that he needs to talk with me and it's urgent. I quickly got out of bed and took a shower. I got out and took out my outfit for today. I decided to be lazy so I took out my fitted leggings from Victoria's secret and my lace crop top and my black Adidas.  Since Sebastian is with Toby I don't have to worry about watching him. I grab my keys and drive to Marks place. 

I pull up to his driveway and get out and knocked on the door. When he opened the door I noticed his puffy red eyes first

"Hey what's wrong?" I said pulling him into a tight hug. He hugs me tighter and I hear him sniffle on my neck and he pulls away
