"What show are we seeing, tonight? I'm so excited." I asked Ashton after breakfast.
"We are going to the New Amsterdam Theater to see Aladdin." He smiled.
I was about to jump off the couch with excitement. "Really?!" I beamed. "Wow, I can't wait!"
"I got great seats too." He smiled. "Bottom row of the middle balcony right in the middle."
"I'm so happy." I leaned forward and hugged him.
He pulled me closer by pulling at my waist. My legs wrapped around him so I was now sitting on top of his legs. I rested my head on his masculine shoulder.
"Okay, so what's the plan." I asked.
"I was thinking that we head down to Times Square and shop around. Then we can get some lunch. The show starts at eight tonight. So we can get dinner before or after." He pushed me off and looked at me for my opinion.
"Oh! We could good go to Dallas BBQ for dinner. It's across the street from the theater."
"What should we do between lunch and dinner?" He asked.
I moved my hands up into his hair. "Well, we could go to lunch, shop around, go to dinner, and then go to the show." I looked at him with arousal in my eyes.
"What do we do until lunch time?" He asked in a teasing tone.
I leaned forward and kissed his neck once. I moved up to his ear.
"Do you even have to ask?" I whispered then sucked on his earlobe while his hands rubbed up my thighs.

We went to a place called Patzeria Perfect Pizza Pasta and Grill for lunch. We roamed around Times Square. Ashton called in a reservation for seven at the Dallas BBQ. So we walked down there after dropping off our bags with my guard for him to bring them back to the hotel room. I bought more than I planned. The guard planned to come meet us after the show with a car ready to take us back to the hotel.
When we walked into the BBQ place, we turned left to the counter. Ashton dropped both of our names and they said that the table would be ready in a few minutes. It smelled so good in there. My mouth started to water. To our right was an escalator up to the top floor where they had all the seating. In front of was a bar.
Ashton came closer to me so his voice could be heard over the loud music. "I'm going to get a beer, is that alright." He asked.
I smiled and nodded. I followed him over to the bar while he ordered. I suddenly felt uncomfortable looking at people drinking. I remembered that I was addicted. I could never drink alcohol again, not even a glass of celebratory champagne. Once Ashton got his beer, the waitress took us up to our table. Ashton noticed my discomfort after she gave us the menus and went off to get me some water.
He glanced down at his beer and then looked into my eyes. "Are you sure you're fine with me drinking?" He asked.
I smiled. "Yes, I'm sure. Ash, you haven't taken a drink since we got together. It's okay if you drink around me. I don't care."
"Then what's wrong."
He knew me too well. "I don't know. I guess I'm angry at myself for allowing that to happen in the first place. Now in afraid to drink any form of alcohol because I think I could fall into the same habit again." He looked at me with a little bit of confusion. "Ash, it was bad. I was bad. I would sleep with bottles of whatever in my bed and then leave the empty bottle on my floor. I woke up once with vomit next to my head and in my hair." He looked convinced after that. "I don't ever want that to happen again and I won't let it." I sat back in my chair as waitress brought me my water.
She then scurried away to deal with the large crowd that filled the building. I opened the menu and looked over the options.
"Would it be completely unsexy if I ordered ribs?" Ashton joked.
"How is that unsexy?" I asked.
"BBQ sauce all over my hands and face. Not an attractive look." He exclaimed and took a sip of his beer.
"Well, lucky for you I like BBQ sauce." I teased. "Order what you want."
"What are you going get?" He asked.
"The BBQ chicken." I answered. "I'm going to use the bathroom." I said as I stood up. "Can you order for me if she comes back?"
"Okay, sure. What do you want for sides?" He asked while reading over the menu.
"I bet you know what I like." I walked away.
As I approached the bathroom, I saw a line of five woman outside meanwhile a man just walked right into the men's room.
Typical. I shrugged and stood in the line.
That night I was wearing a simpler outfit of a long flowing black skirt that almost grazed the floor as I walked, a tight white t-shirt, my chain necklace from Ashton, and a longer gold necklace as well. I was wearing matching gold heels. (If you couldn't tell, I love gold!)
When I returned, I saw the waitress walking away from the table with our menus in hand. I sat down and took a sip of water.
"What sides did you get me?" I asked.
"You'll have to wait and see." He smirked and took a sip of his beer.
About 20 minutes later, the waitress arrived with our food. Ashton had a half plate of ribs and a side of corn bread. I had my plate with BBQ chicken, a side of curly fries, and a side of corn bread too.
I smile as the waitress placed down my plate.
"Can I get you anything else?" She asked.
"No, thank you." Ashton replied.
After she left, I picked up the bottle of ketchup.
"You got exactly what I was thinking." I smiled. "Sometimes I fear you know me too well." I squirted a dollop of ketchup on my plate for my fries.
"I make it my job to know, baby." He smirked.
We dug in. Once we finished and payed the bill, we left for the theater. It was perfect timing. We walked out of the restaurant at 7:47 p.m. and the show started at eight.

(Imagine this photo was taken by someone standing outside of Dallas BBQ. That's where the theater is in relation. If you were curious. And this photo was taken by me, the author.)

We quickly entered the theater and made our way to our seats. It was gorgeous inside. It was impressive that they could fit in so many seats and such a large stage in a compacted space. Practically every seat had a good view.

I observed the images in the walls and sealing. It was beautiful architecture.
The show started soon after.
For a lack of better words, it was awesome! The actors and actresses were all perfect, the songs were song excellently, and it was funny. I loved it!

This was easily one of the best and happiest days of my life.
