"UGHHHHHHHHHHHH!" you groaned, throwing your phone to the other side of the couch

"Hey that almost hit me missy!" Johnny yelped.

"Oh I'm so sorry your majesty," you huffed, turning away from him.

You heard Johnny pause his game, but you didn't bother looking. Bigger things were captivating your thoughts.

The other day you went to your bestfriends work to surprise her and chit chat with her, if she was free for a bit. Apon showing up, you spotted her ex there really chatting it up with her.  Anger boiled up in you instantly. After all the wrong and bad he's done to her, and after all she went threw to "move on". Of course you acted before really thought it threw and rushed in there. You end up speaking with a vibrant word choice and basically forced him out the shop. Only after he was gone,  your friend told you he was actually there to sincerely apologize and give back a few things she accidently felt at his place. To fully sum it up, you were a terrible best friend and was having your messages only left on read.

Your thoughts faded when you felt the spot next t you sink a little and your hands being grabbed.

"She still isn't answering?" Johnny questioned, playing with your hands. flinging them up and down in a childish way.

You didn't say anything except nod your head, looking down into your lap.

"Wow you must have been awful! she must really hate you," Johnny snickered.

You pull your hands back and punch him right in the chest.

"Ouch! I was just joking. I'm sorry babe," Johnny croaked out, rubbing his chest.

"I don't know what to do," you admitted. Tears started to build up.

"Hey it's okay! Don't cry! you guys can work this out," Johnny pulled you into his embrace, "It's not like you guys are humpty dumpty!"

"What if we are though! Humpty Dumpty couldn't be put back together again. What makes you think we can?" you questioned pushing yourself out of his embrace to look at him.

"A little invention called glue," Johnny smirked, killing any hope of actually helping.

"You suck Johnny," you laughed getting off the couch.

"Hey I told you I don't only have good look, but also give great advice. Hey wait, where are you going? Johnny popped up watching you grab your purse keys and put on shoes.

"To work things out with my best friend. Just go back to your video game or work on your "great advice" skills," you giggled, kissing him goodbye.

"Good luck!" He yelled as you shut the front door.
