Our Broken Fairytale (Frerard)

Introduction/Warning

As so many things I have written once were, this was originally a oneshot that evolved into what I believe will work better as a short story.

My goal is actually to produce more works about this length in the future since longer things have become very difficult for me to keep up with, so this is sort of a test to see if it works out well and if you all enjoy this sort of thing.

Some of you may have read this before, this was actually what I wrote for the dom/sub prompt in my 30 Day Smut Challenge book which has since been reported and taken down.

This was one of my favorites from that challenge, and I think it deserves its own book, so I have decided to reupload it with short chapters so it isn't as overwhelming to read all at once.

Now onto the warning.

This story is not all that focused on sex, even though there is some in it, but the dom/sub aspect doesn't appear until quite a ways in.

It does deal with a lot of heavy topics, including abuse, homophobia, depression, self harm, and suicidal thoughts and actions, and I want everyone to be aware of that before they start this.

Please be safe if you choose to read this, and if at any time you don't feel comfortable continuing, I want you to put yourself first and stop whenever you need to. You can always message me as well and I can give you a brief summary of the events in the chapter so you can skip on to the happier stuff.

I am not sure if this oneshot was part of the reason my old book was taken down or not, but I am hoping that putting it up as its own story will help people decide if it is something they want to read or not without taking such drastic actions.
