Tenten struggled to wake up. "What the-?" she said as she realized she was in the hospital.

She tried to move from the bed but she was stopped by a man. It was Neji.

"We need to talk" he said as he looked at her seriously. Tenten blushed a little bit while turning away from him.

"What are you talking about Neji?" she asked.

"Don't play dumb with me Tenten" he said while getting close to her. "Why you didn't tell me about the baby?"

Tenten froze. "H-How..?"

"I saw it when you passed out" he replied. "And I made Sakura confirm it. Why Tenten? Why didn't you tell me you were carrying our son?"

"Why would you care? You love your cousin, and this happened because of that night" she snapped while holding her tears. "And if I told you, you would've ran away because it's not a royal baby."

Tenten was about to say more but Neji suddenly hugged her, making her gasp in surprise.

"I'm not that kind of person, Tenten-chan. I will not run away knowing that you have my son growing up inside of you" he said. "I wanna be with you"

Tenten sniffed, "You say that out of pity."

Neji's hands wiped away the brunette's tears. "I'll prove you wrong. Look, I won't tell what to do with the baby but I wanna have it. I'm the father and I'll love and take care of it the same way I'll do it with you."

Tenten looked at his pale eyes, wondering if there was a lie inside of those declarations. She trembled as many thougts ran through her mind. What shall she do? Soon she will be a mother.

But how can sue take care of a baby? She's too young to do that kind of thing and besides, all the thigs she has done was ran and fight for her life. She was a warrior and suddenly leaving that kind of life just to be the mother of a royal baby, for her, was frightening.

But also she wondered what was like to have a real family. How does it feel to give everything for someone you really love? Someone you have to protect from all danger?

"I- I'm scared Neji" she said. "I-I want to have it too but...I'm afraid"

"Shh.." the Hyuga prince calmed her. "I know, I'm scared too."

He kissed her forehead, "I'll prove you that I'm different, that I don't love Hinata and that I'll be the perfect father and husband for you.."

Tenten's eyes widened. "You mean it?"

"I do" he said. "And well, if you want...we can get married after the war."

Tenten giggled. "Baka" she added while kissing him deeply.

Neji smirked afther the kiss, "I'll take that a yes" Then they both laughed.

"How long do you think they'll take to respond?" Temari asked while sendig the letters.

"The message's very urgent so I think that by tomorrow we'll have an answer" Shikamaru said while walking through the hallway.

"I feel bad for Gaara and Hinata. They had to put the wedding on hold for this"

"Yeah, I also feel bad for Tenten. This whole mission was a disaster" he said. "It went too troublesome"

"Hn. We have Kankuro alive but we don't know about Naruto. And Hanabi and Karin's case is a tragedy" she added.

"Oi! Temari, Shikamaru!!!" yelled Kiba and Chouji while running towards them.

"What is it?" asked the Sabaku no princess.

"They ran away. Shino and Sai are already dealing with them." Kiba added. "Come on! There isn't much time"

"Hold it, who ran away?" Shijamaru asked.

"Just follow us Shikamaru!" Chouji said.

The Sand princess and the Nara exchanged looks while following them. Once they were at the entrace they saw a young, injured couple.

"What's this?" Temari said.

"They came like 15 minutes ago" Shino said. "Seems they had a bad time"

"Bring Sakura and Ino!" Temari demanded to some guards.

Shikamari went close to them. "Okay, let's start fresh, who are yo-" he gasped as he saw their faces. "No way! You are.."

Temari stared at the people closely before gasping. She couldn't believe the man and woman who were just in front of them.

"I-...Itachi and...Izumi Uchiha..." she murmured in shock.
