I smashed his leg with all my strength. Hiccup howled in agony. I punched it again and again until I heard someone shout...
"STOP!"
I looked up and saw a girl. She looked at Hiccup in despair.
"Stop hitting him, he's already hurt!"
I smirked at Hiccup. "Looks like your girlfriend, ey?"
Hiccup tried to stand up, but obviously, the bone is so broken that he couldn't possibly move.
"Hiccup. Listen. We will get out, but I don't need you to do this!" The girl yelled.
Hiccup finally stood up again and shot me a raging look, ignoring the girl. The audience gasped at Hiccup's persistence.
I needed to end this boy. I stretched my fist out to hit him but suddenly, I noticed that he removed his prosthetic.
What is he doing?
I didn't care. I pounced over and readied my final fist. Suddenly, he jumped up.
"Sorry, Argo."
He threw his metal leg down, and it landed straight on my shoulder.
My shoulder. He found my weak spot.
I collapsed on the spot, and no matter what I do, I couldn't get up again.
Hiccup kneeled down beside me.
"Don't worry. After I finish this, I'll find a way to free your family," he said sincerely.
Wait.. Free my family? Is he helping me? After all that I did to him?
"Sorry about what I did to your leg," I apologized.
"It's fine," he smiled. "You wanted to help your people!" But suddenly, the smile disappeared and he put his hand on his shoulder. It was bleeding.
"Hiccup!" I called. Oh... What have I done? I should have stopped myself! What was I thinking?
"HICCUP HADDOCK PROCEEDS TO THE NEXT ROUND!" The judges announced.
The crowd cheered.
Guards came to take us back to the prison. I looked at him and the last thing I said to him was,
"Thank you, and good luck."
