Exploring the forest, Freesia sighed and muttered something under her breath. It was boring and disgusting. As usual. Pokemon droplets and mud was everywhere, followed by the pesky Bug-Types that had always bugged her in the summer times. Suddenly, the bushes rustled and without hesitation, the Kirlia prepared a Magical Leaf.
"Who's there?! Show yourself!" she yelped. A few moments later, a Vulpix jumped out, baring it's fangs as it's tiny claws were extended. She used Magical Leaf on the small Pokemon, and it didn't do much damage as it used Ember on her.
"Grah!" Freesia grabbed her arm, which now was stained with a pure, crispy burn. She attempted to close her eyes as the light suddenly became brighter. Drought! she realized. This Vulpix's ability is Drought! Well then... Two can play at that game! Freesia jumped into the air and did a flip, as the world became purple and back to normal, the Vulpix then being hit by a strong Confusion. The Fire-Type looked as if it had lost it's brains. She used this time to use Lucky Chant so the Vulpix couldn't do a second-hit-K.O the next time she attacked. Suddenly, without any warning at all, a Breloom jumped from behind her and used Force Palm, knocking her to the ground. She crouched, trying to move, but realizing that she was paralyzed. To her surprise, the Breloom payed no more mind to Freesia and ran over to the Vulpix.
"Raiden!" the presumably Female Breloom gasped. As the Kirlia slowly recovered, she stalked the two from a safe distance, still in the spot that she was in when she was surprise-attacked by the new Pokemon.
"Minori, I'm okay, I'm okay." he muttered, getting up.
"She-she hurt you!" Minori huffed with concern in her voice. "I hurt her first. It's called self-defense, Minori. Ever heard of that?" Raiden muttered. "Now let me fight somebody without being supervised for once. I can do this." the Vulpix turned back to Freesia and smiled."Are you ready?" The Kirlia gulped, and nodded.
"I'm ready as anything." then, they went back to battling as the Breloom silently pushed herself back into the bushes warily. Raiden used Fire Spin, almost hitting Freesia directly in the face- that is, until she dodged once it was so close to her face that it could've just slapped her and made her tumble down with pain. He then sent a Ember her way, and with her great reflexes and eyesight, she once again ducked. Clearing her throat, Freesia screeched loudly. It seemed to echo throughout the whole forest, as pink music notes fluttered out of her mouth. Disarming Voice, the most precious attack to make your enemies go deaf! Covering his ears, the Vulpix crouched to the ground until she finally stopped. Raiden lunged for Freesia with a Flame Burst, howling as his form suddenly changed to a... Zorua? His tail swaying side to side, paws spread out, he let out a small, sly chuckle. It was as light and innocent as a child, but also as mischievous as a rotten old crook. A bandit.
"Nice battle there, Kirlia!" the Zorua exclaimed. "I'm Raiden. Who are you?" Raiden put a paw out to her, as a welcoming.
"Freesia..." The Kirlia muttered, putting out a hand.
Suddenly, he whispered "Get her." and a bunch of Pokemon pounced from the bushes, big and small. Her vision went dark after that.
