Trapped

I was running,on my way to Star Labs. Cisco had rang,telling me to stop what ever I was doing and get there as quick as I could,he said that he had got some details on the new meta we were facing.I was mid nap when the dweeb rang. They always call at the wrong time. I arrived at Star Labs and saw Caitlin,Cisco and Barry all talking around Barry's suit.

"So what information do you have on the meta?" I spoke,looking at the gang for some answers.

"Farooq Jibron" Cisco replied,looking down at his screen."the power vampire who jacked your speed. I hacked into the surveillance system at the substation and got his face. It was easy to find a match" well if it was that easy,then why don't you figure out how to stop him.

"He climbed an electrical tower,the night out the explosion." Barry added,looking down at the face of the man who had stolen his speed.

"No surprise where his powers came from then." Caitlin commented. Then the Star Labs warning bell began to ring. Cisco rushed towards the monitor and he looked like he just saw a ghost.

"Oh you've got to be kidding me!" Cisco shook his head in disbelief. The rest of us walked to Cisco and all stared down on the monitors. Farooq. Why when I have no back up?

"Dr Harrison Wells! I need to see you. Come out I know your inside. Open the door!" We all glanced at each other,giving nervous looks."Let me in!" I was now panicking on the inside. I can't fight him on my own. He could easily snatch my powers like he did to Barry and then we will have no protection whatsoever. By every second Jibron was getting more and more angry. Every second we leave him out there,is another second wasted. Finally he had enough and walked towards the power supply. He ripped open the doors,and snapped the wires. He then began to absorb all the power. Sparks flew everywhere and the light around him grew bigger and stronger. The lights inside the building began to flare. Everything began shutting off.

Oh god.Slowly all the power in the building was gone,and probably all around Central City. The four of us were all left in the dark,with no way of knowing where Farooq was. All of a sudden we heard a loud bang,and we knew what that meant.

"He's,inside!" Well done captain obvious. Gosh Barry. Barry decided to ring Joe,but with no luck. He then rang Captain Singh,instead in hope of getting some information on the cities state right now.

He cut the phone off a few minutes later,and looked scared out of his mind."Joe and Iris are in trouble I need my powers back now!" He seemed extremely worried.

"I have a theory. It's untested." Dr Wells explained,this made me tilt my head at the thought of what this wacko idea could be. Don't get me wrong Wells is a genius,but something like giving a meta human his superhuman abilities back doesn't seem like something he could do.

"I'm willing to do anything" Barry replied quickly,probably wanting to get over there as quick as possible.

"Well you lost your speed,but nothing inside you have changed on a subatomic level. In other words your cells are still primed-" Wells explained. Let me dumb it down. Barry's cells are still the same from when he had speed. They just need a little boost,like everyone will explain in a second.

"They need a jumpstart" Cisco finished Dr Wells statement.

"Well how do we do that? How do we jumpstart me?" Barry inquired,looking rather hopeful now.

"We need to replicate the initial jolt to your system" Wells spoke. He can't be serious? Barry was stuck by lightning,and I'm guessing I was as I was knocked out and have no recollection of what happen. That would be too much for him to take,it would kill him. I began to figure how much of a shot Barry would need as everyone discussed.
