Reunite (Reiner X Reader)(titan shifter)

Chapter 18

"Annie?!" You yelled seeing the figure as you were pulled into the shadows.

"Shh. They'll hear us," Annie stated and then got out a flare gun and loaded it.

Then blue flares had been shot up for the retreat but the both of you stated put.

"I knew it was you. The way you fought and the way your titan was so powerful and strong. You fighting was great. Your titan form was beautiful but why did you kill so many soldiers," you asked.
"The others might not want you to hear this but I have no choice.  Plus my plans with you goes a bit against them. When you were taken we wanted to exact revenge on whoever had taken you. They came from these walls so we wanted to break them. Our plans to destroy the walls and find you were going swimmingly. Until we found out Eren has the power of the titan that had taken you," Annie said and there was a pause. "So we need him. We need him for his abilities so it's our job to capture him. You're going to hate what I'm about to do but I'm going to kidnap Eren and I'll kill anyone in my path." She then shot the green flare into the air and soon another was seen not that far away. "And just in case they figure out we're shifters I want them to be able to trust you so if you want to you can stop me in your titan form."

You nodded in understanding but you were a bit sad she was killing people. You didn't like this side of her but it was what they thought was best.

"So this means Reiner and Bertholdt are titans too?" You said and she nodded.

"Don't tell them what I told you though. And promise me one thing. At some point they'll figure it out that it's me. I want you to save me. No matter what. I want you to be safe. And for that to work you need them to trust your titan form. So that's why I want you to stop me. And if they know it's you they shouldn't have a reason to harm you," Annie said and then turned away. "Now let's do this."

She then put on her hood and jumped off flying through the air and you followed behind but higher in the trees so no one saw you.

Annie soon turned into her titan form again causing a flash of lightning. She killed off the whole Levi squad which was said to be impossible. Eren soon turned titan as well and they fought. Annie obviously won and grabbed Eren in her jaws and began to run off.
Soon Mikasa and Levi were on her tail.

'I need to do it now or else,' you thought.

3rd POV:
Mikasa and Levi swung through the trees trying to get to Eren as fast as possible. Mikasa was just about to attack until Levi stopped her.

"There's someone else here," he said and then they both noticed you.

You had your hood up so that they couldn't see your face. You jumped down and lightning struck for you to transform into your wing titan form. Levi showed no emotion but Mikasa was is shock.

Back to Your POV:
Transforming had hurt a bit but you've gotten use to it since it's in your warrior blood. Your wings outstretched as you took off in the air to pursue Annie.

'I'm sorry. This'll hurt but we have to make it real. We must do what it takes to survive for each other,' you thought and then screamed in your titan form and flew at Annie full speed and tackled her to the ground.

You yelled at her face and began to punch her. You landed a few blows and then Annie kicked you off. She got into her fighting stance and charged at you. You took the blow and then used your legs to use her momentum against her and threw her over your head and onto the ground.

You then pinned her and grabbed her jaws and forced them open. You saw Eren in there and gently grabbed him. You then stood up and kicked Annie into a tree and ran away from her.

'I'm sorry,' you thought as you ran away.

Levi and Mikasa began to chase after you.

"Oi! Whose side are you on!?" Mikasa yelled and then you stopped.
She landed on your shoulder and Levi landed on your head.

"Tch. What's up with this titan? Wasn't this one in Trost too?" Levi said.

Mikasa nodded and then gazed at you eagerly. You lifted up you hand to her and Eren sat there safe and sound. You dipped your head and Levi then grabbed Eren and they both took off. You then ran back to Annie.

You still saw her female titan form lying against the tree. You ran up to her and embraced her. Luckily you were both healing from your short battle.

Annie emerged from the nape of her titan and went over and sat on your shoulder as you walked peacefully in the forest.

"I don't like harming people. No one does but it's what we have to do for our greater good. You, me, Reiner, and Bertholdt. You agree, right," Annie asked and gazed at you.
You nodded and then focused back ahead.

"You should go and so should I. Something tells me they're going to have some trouble with titans on their way home. You should help," Annie said and then took off.

You smiled to yourself and then took off towards the survey corps direction.
