Forgive and Forget

*CORINNE'S P.O.V."

I felt really bad for Riley. She was really upset, and she is one of my best friends- it breaks my heart to see her like that.

I wish I could've helped but I had to let what happened, happen.

I know that Nate has changed. Instead of hooking up with every whore in school, he has been hung over Riley for the past 3 years while she's been gone.

I feel bad for him, but he doesn't understand how Riley felt about what he did. As if she didn't feel bad about herself already, he kinda made it worse.

But thats not the point. They need to get to get together but for real this time.. I know he wants her, and she wants him but I just cant get that stubborn Riley to admit it.

*JACOB'S P.O.V."

I am so jealous. So, so jealous. Riley went to sleep with Edward and not me. Like c'mon. Everyone with the exception of Riley knows that I like Riley. But I guess since Edward and her are closer thats why I have no chance.

Well I think that the nice guy always finishes last. (A/N: Nice guys cant finish the damn race if they don't make a beginning move. Dummy.)

*RILEY'S P.O.V.*

I woke up in a pair strong arms. I turned to face the body and saw that it was Edward. I loved how comfortable he made me feel, he would always help me when I was upset.. He was there for me, so I was there for him. He is by 'brother' and thats how its always been..

I poked Edwards cheek and he groaned. I poked him again and his eyes fluttered open.

"What?" he whined.

"Thank you for staying with me last night." I said.

"Anytime," he said with a smirk. " I really think you should get back together with Nate."

"Why.." I asked.

"Because he's changed. I can tell he really cares about you. And he loves you, I can see it in his eyes. Whenever you pass by it feels like a piece that has been missing of his, has finally returned.." He explained.

"I'll have to think about that. I just don't know if I can trust him." I say getting quieter with every word.

"Trust me when I say you can trust him." He says.

"Okay.. I'll talk to him today." I said. "I have to get dressed so byeeee!" I said shooing him out of the door.

I took a shower and washed my hair. I lotioned and put on my lady undergarments ;). I went into my closet and picked out my green sweat shirt with dark blue jeans and my green Uggs. I folded up my green scarf and used it as a headband. I put my hair up into a ponytail and stared in the mirror..

Not bad. I thought to myself. I picked up my white iPhone and out a green case on it. I grabbed my bookbag and headed down the stairs for school. Everyone was staring at me expectantly.

"LEGO!" I shouted running towards my black jaguar and getting in. Corinne getting in the passengers seat.

"I think Im going to forgive Nate.." I said.

"Really thats awesome! He has really changed and he has been lost without you!" She said putting emphasis on the words lost and awesome.

I laughed at her dramatization.
I decided to turn on the radio and 'Get Ratchet' by Gotdamnzo came on, we started singing together..

'You gotta get ratchet, letcha hair down'

'Put it in a ponytail you don't f*ck around'

'Let these h*es know"

'BOW! BOW!'

'This ain't what they want'

We sang the entire song, and extremely off pitch I might add.

Were in Social Studies. *rolls eyes*

I wrote a note to Nate telling him to meet me in that empty classroom at lunch so we can talk. I used my amazing basketball skills to am and shoot directly to his table.

He read it and gave me a thumbs up showing that he will be there.

*ONE BORING S.S LESSON LATER*

Its lunch, and I am on my way to the classroom to meet Nate. I thought I got there first but obviously not because I was pulled into the classroom.

"You've gotta stop pulling me into classrooms.." I said out of breath from my heart stopping.

"You wanted to talk, so speak." He said.

"Well, I forgive you." I say.

"Y-You forgive m-me!" He said that and his eyes lit up light a child on Christmas. "But I hurt you so badly."

"I know, but Im willing to look past that. But no slip ups okay. Because if you mess up, Im done." I say.

"Okay, I promise just come here." He said pulling me into a tight hug. He was so warm. He was holding me so tight that he lifted me off the ground. But I didn't mind. It felt good to be back in his arms.

Corinne got a ride with Owen so I drove home by myself. I came home singing. Everyone was on the couches watching tv.

"Why are you so happy?" Sam asked.

"Because I got back together with Nate." I said smiling.

"Really! YES! YES!" Cat screamed and engulfed me into a hug.

We all had a group hug and everyone told me they were happy for me and all that accept for Jacob. He has walked upstairs after I announced that I was going back out with Nate.

But I cant let that ruin my day! YAY!
