Aren't panic attacks in the middle of the night fun? You get to curl up on your bed, shaking, crying, and trying not to scratch the fuck out of your wrist because you promised you'd try to stop. Definitely my definition of fun. The video is just rain sounds that I'm listening to, since it helps me calm down. Hopefully there's no thunder in it because that shits terrifying.
