I left the house quickly to help the guys at Team Edge with something. Trust me you don't want to know.
I had come home with Mexican food from a takeout place for me and Sean to celebrate our 9 month anniversary.
And yes, he was 3 months pregnant and doing just fine. Although he was scared of how the baby was positioned, like Anna.
Speaking of, she began to try to walk around. Try. She'd been babbling too. Anna became very advanced, very quickly making me and Sean think she's gifted and talented.
I entered the front door and set the food on the table.
"Sean! I brought food!" I called out, excited for his reaction. Obviously he gets very happy when I bring home food. Instead, he didn't come running. But Chica did. She whined and danced around, making me worried.
"Chica where's Sean?" I asked. She galloped off to our bedroom. I heard sniffles coming from there.
"Sean?" I knocked on the door. "Are you ok?" I asked gently, looking down at Chica.
"Go lay down." I told her and opened the door.
Sean was curled up in a ball, sobbing madly. I rushed over to him.
"Sean what's wrong?" I shook his shoulder worriedly.
"Y-you'll b-be mmad a-a-and leave me." He sniffled.
"No! No matter what happens, I will never leave you. Do you understand?" I rubbed his head gently.
"What happened?" I asked again.
"I-I... Mis... Carried." He stuttered.
"Oh Sean... I'm not mad. It's ok. Stop crying, baby." I consoled and wiped a few tears away.
"I know what'll cheer you up. I brought food!" I smiled.
He looked at me now, the tears slowing.
"Why-y aren't y-you mad-d?" He stuttered through hiccups.
"Should I be?" I shrugged. "It's not your fault." I kissed his forehead gently.
He smiled a bit and closed his eyes, taking a few breaths.
I picked him up and walked to the living room, setting him on the couch and went back to the kitchen, grabbing a bottle and our food. I reentered the living room and handed the bag to Sean, setting down the bottle and reaching into the play pen for Anna, who had fallen asleep.
She sleepily drank her bottle.
"Sean? Can you tell me what happened?" I looked at him sitting silently, eating.
"I got really bad cramps and laid in bed until I had to go to the bathroom. I thought I did..." He trailed off.
"But your ok now?"
"Ya." He sniffled and dug back into his food. I sat Anna up and burped her, taking awhile.
I finally grabbed up my food and dig in while I watched Anna roam around the room on her hands and knees.
"Wanna watch a movie?" I asked.
"Ya." He said quietly.
I set down my plate and put on a funny movie, deciding on Evan Almighty.

About halfway into the movie, Sean murmured he was gonna go take a bath and left the room.

After the movie had ended, I put Anna to bed and went to check on Sean.
About to knock on the door, I stopped when I heard sniffles. Sighing, I knocked anyway.
"Baby, can I come in?" I spoke softly.
"Ya." He croaked.
I opened the door slowly and saw him facing on his side, curled up in a ball. He reached up and wiped his face.
I came over and sat next to him on my hands and knees.
"Oh Sean, it'll be alright." I tried to console.
"I wonder what they would've been like." He sniffled.
"I'm sure they would have been as perfect as you." I leaned down and kissed his forehead while reaching down and rested my hand on his hip.
I set my head on the side of the tub and continued rubbing his side softly while Sean closed his eyes and let out small hiccups.
"Thank you Mark." He said sleepily.
"For what?" I said perplexed as he opened his eyes again.
"Everything." He sighed.
"Your so welcome baby." I smiled and relocated my hand to Sean's face.
"Do you want to get out?" I asked.
"Ya. Waters cold anyways." He drew out 'a' in 'water', treading on his accent.
We stood up so I could grab a towel hanging from above us on the rod that hold the shower curtain while he pulled the plug in the tub.
After Sean stepped out, I wrapped the fluffy towel around him and dried him off.
Then I picked him up and entered our room so I could set him on the bed.
I threw Sean a pair of boxers, knowing he only sleeps in those, then I stripped and got into some pajamas.
I turned back to Sean and already saw him curled up on the blankets. I jumped in bed next to him and wrapped one leg over him possessively. He curled his arms into my chest and looked down, fiddling with them.
"Hey." My voice came out deeply. Sean looked at me with sadness in his gorgeous blue eyes.
"We don't have to have another baby, ok? I hope I don't push you into having one." My hand moved from his back to resting on his head.
"You didn't push me. And I thought I was ready for another baby." He sighed as his eyes wandered around my face.
Without thinking, I leaned forward and captured his lips that voiced only love and passion.
I pulled away and looked at Sean's face, searching for approval and was rewarded by him uttering 3 words.
"I love you." He sighed happily and buried his face in my neck.
"I love you too." I placed a kiss on his temple and rubbed Sean's bare back gently...
