Music Brought Us Together (Ross Lynch FanFic)

Chapter 2

Ross POV

"Hey look, we finally got new neighbors next door!" Riker screamed while looking out the window.

"That's awesome!" I said and then headed towards the kitchen where mom was cooking dinner.

"Hey mom, Someone is finally moving in next door, they're moving in now."

"That's great sweetie" she said, "I'll make a pie and you guys can take it over later, I heard there were two kids around y'all age staying there, so y'all could probably make new friends."

"That's fine mom" I said as I walked into the living room to play video games with my brothers.

After we all ate dinner, we got ready and took the pie mom made to our neighbors. Once we walked across the grass we rung the doorbell.

Ryleigh's POV

We finally made it to L.A and let me just say, I am already loving it here. We just got to our house and it is huge. Me and Maliyah got out and went inside. Mom told us we needed to go pick our rooms and we both took off and picked our room.

"Finally, I get my own room" I said as I looked around and I went next door to see Maliyah, who was walking around in hers.

"I love this house, already" she said "Lets go tell mom which room we picked

We headed downstairs and told mom where our rooms where and then she told the movers. My room was on the right and Maliyah's was on the left. Once the movers got everything inside our rooms we started to unpack. I was almost done setting up my room when the doorbell rang. When I opened the door I couldn't believe my eyes, I stood there frozen just staring at them with amazement.

"Um, hello" One of the blondes greeted. I just stood there in shock.

"Are you okay?" I tried to answer but I just couldn't.

"Well, I'm Ryland, and these are my siblings Rocky, Riker, Ross, and Rydel. This is also our friend Ellington."

"OMG! I know who you are! I screamed

"So, I'm guessing that you're a fan?" Rocky asked

"Yes, I'm a huge fan, OMG wait a minute, do you guys live next door?"

"Yes, and finally I've been needing a friend that's a girl, it's hard being the only girl here." Rydel said. I look towards Ross and realize he hasn't said anything.. he just stared at me, and I couldn't help but blush.

"Awesome, well I'm Ryleigh but you can call me Ryles, so come in."

"Maliyah! Come see our neighbors," I scream upstairs

"Are they cute boys?" she asks as she comes down the stairs, "Hello, It's ni-", she stops mid sentence and stares in shock just like I did. "Aaah, YOU'RE R5!, she screams and they laugh.

"I see you're a fan too", Rydel says while laughing.

"I love you're music, she's the huge fan though," she says while pointing at me. I just blush.

Me and Maliyah give them a tour of our house, but skip our rooms. We finally go downstairs, where our music studio is that mom had set up for me and my sister. 

"Oh, wow you have a recording studio in y'all basement?" Riker asks

"Yea, mom had it set up for us, we have our own band." Maliyah says

"That's awesome, you should come over to our house tomorrow and hang with us." Rydel said

"That would be great" I said and me and Maliyah walked them to the door and said our goodbyes.

Ross's POV

We finally made it back home and let me tell you, Ryleigh is very pretty. I couldn't take my eyes off of her. I headed upstairs to my room and a few minutes later Riker knocks and walks in.

"Ross, hello", he said while hitting my arm.

"Ow, what?"

"Are you okay?"

"Um, what do you mean?" I ask

"Well you zoned out once you saw Ryleigh and haven't said anything since we left."

"Oh, I did, I didn't even realize it", I said as I felt myself blush

"Oooh, my brother has a crush", he said while hitting me.

"What, no that's crazy", my voice goes high as I say this

"Whatever you say Ross."

"Well maybe I have a small crush, but I just met her, it would be weird to try to ask her out " I say

"Just get to know her first then bro, I know she would like that" he says

"Are you sure?" I ask

"Yea, she couldn't even look at you without blushing", he says, "So get to know her when she comes over, that's what I plan on doing with her sister"

"Alright, I will and nice one bro." I say while laughing.

He leaves out and I take a shower and get ready for bed. I try to fall asleep but it's hard all I can think about is her and just how pretty she is. Eventually I fall asleep dreaming of her.
