They hopped out of the car at the bowling alley. They walked in together and got everything they needed and started bowling.
"So. How's your relationship with Laf going?" John asked Peggy.
"Fine. I guess. I don't really love him anymore but he seems to really like me. I have feelings for someone else but I don't know what to do." Peggy explained without hinting that she likes John.
"Oh...well I've never been in a relationship before so I can't really help you." John looked down.
"It's fine John. I'm just torn between two people and I'm not sure what to do. I don't want to talk to my sisters because they will give me some cheesy shit."
"Oh...." John sat there. He looked up at the scoreboard "I'm winning" he smiled.
Peggy laughed and got a strike. "Look who's winning now"
The two bowled for another half hour then John dropped Peggy back at her house.
"Thanks John. I had an amazing night." Peggy smiled and walked into her house.
She got to her room and plopped on her bed smiling.
"So. How was your date?" Eliza peeked into Peggy's room and came and sat down next to her.
"It wasn't a date Eliza. Remember Lafayette is my boyfriend. John and I were just hanging out as friends."
"Alex had told me that John talks about you a lot.I think he likes you."
"Eliza give it a break. John doesn't like me."
"Fine. Whatever you say." Eliza got up and went to her room.
Peggy thought about what Eliza said. Maybe John did like her.
She got her pjs on and went to sleep.
