Buzz buzz. Peggy woke up to the sound of her alarm.

"Ugh. School."

She got up and ate waffles and got ready. She put on a yellow tee shirt that said "love" in cursive on the left side, a pair of high waisted jean shorts, and yellow converse.

She met her sisters by the front door and they all hopped into Angelica's car.

"So Peggy heard you had a date with John last night?" Angelica said from the drivers seat.

"It wasn't a date. Ok? I'm still dating Laf." Peggy explained.

"Oh.." Angelica said a bit disappointed.

They got to school and parked the car. Peggy went inside to go find either Laf or John.

Peggy was walking down the hall not paying attention to anything and accidentally bumped into someone. "Omg. I'm so sorry. I wasn't looking at where I was going."

The other girl looked up "sorry. It's my fault to. I wasn't looking either. I'm Maria Lewis."

"I'm Peggy Schuyler" Peggy realized how much Maria looked like her. "Well um I have to go to my locker. See you later." Peggy walked off to her locker.

She was at her locker and Laf approached her.

"Hey. Why couldn't you hang out last night?" He asked leaning up against the locker next to her.

She shut the locker and looked at him "I had plans already."

"I'm starting to think you don't love me anymore," Laf frowned.

"Of course I love you Laf," she kissed him on the cheek and walked to her class. She didn't want to break his heart but she needed to tell him. She got to class and sat down in the back and started writing a note.

Dear Laf,
I'm so happy to have been with you these past months but I have feelings for someone else now. I hope you understand.

She fooled the note and put it in her pocket. She looked to her left as Maria sat down next to her.

"Hey Maria," she said. "You're new here right? I haven't seen you around school before. You came just in time for homecoming and Halloween. My sisters usually throw a big party for Halloween at our house and invite most of the school."

"Hey. Ya I'm new. I don't think I'll be going to homecoming. I probably won't get a date. That Halloween party sounds fun."

"I can introduce you to my friends and if you can't find a date by the dance we can go as a group."

"Cool."

The teacher walked in the room and they started their lesson.

After class Peggy and Maria walked over to where everyone was.

"Hey guys I met someone today. She's new. Her name is Maria Lewis and she's really nice."

Eliza rushed over and hugged Maria. "Hey. I'm Eliza. I'm Peggy's sister. Wow you and Peggy look very similar." Everyone nodded in agreement.

Everyone introduced themselves to Maria then the bell ring saying they had to get to their next class.
