Hate

Once it made my heart palpitate,
Now it's only lingering hate.

These emotions
All cause huge commotions.

What once lit desires
Are now raging fires.

You were always a fool
And still acting like you're so cool.

You'll never have known
What could have grown.

I'm done, it's over, it ended;
To your will I'll not be bended.

You're a disaster on fire.
And I know you're still a liar.

I'll tell you it's you who I despise
As I'm waiting for your demise.

You can up and run
Because I'm completely done.

I hate this side of you.
You don't think anything through.

If only you had left faster
Then I wouldn't be in this disaster.

My patience ran out
But I can't even scream and shout.

Can't let them know who it's about
As you fill me with doubt.

How can you point out my flaws?
Right now you are the cause.

I'll tell them I'm fine, I lie
As I'd rather sit down and die.

Lock your feelings away
Nobody will ever stay.

How many times I've tried
Is how many times my heart died.

I'm sick of always breaking
And sick of always faking.

I don't remember a real smile,
It's been such a while.

Instead I sit and wait.
I fill with a burning hate.

They call me a liar
And so I tire.

I despise your game
As I'm now always to blame.

I didn't cause any of it
Yet I pay the price of your fit.

You know how extreme the price?
And nothing will suffice

It traps me in a vice
And it's just easier to slice.

Everybody is too late
As I'm consumed by fate.

And nobody believes me
It is your fault, but they won't see.

They all listen to you
As you kill my heart and soul too.

Know I don't know what to do
And they will never know who

All thanks to you.
And I know now you hate me too.

You would never say it aloud
But I know you're proud.

Keep your fake apology.
It sounds empty even to me.

So here I'll just sit and wait
As you destroy me with your hate

You're the reasons
I wilt away, or change like seasons

Your intentions now are clear
And my heart lived and died here.
