Vaishali's PoV

Today is my engagemen that is with my Amit.  Really vaishu your Amit.  What about your hatred. I hate him but somewhere in my deeep heart i still love him.

"Vaishu",  I heard someone's  call and I came out of my thought.

'Puja',  come yaar.

I am very happy  for u vaishu.

I smiled at her not knowing  what to answer.

Just don't talk make her ready for engagement Puja, my mom said entering my room.

Ya  sure ! she said.

I wored blue lehenga. It was beautiful having  golden work done . I wore my jewellery.  Puja did my hair style and light make up. I am ready for my engagement.

I heard some sound in the hall and after some time my both brothers came to take me down.

Amit's PoV

I am very happy. My family reached Goa for my engagement.  After getting freshing up we went to vaishu's  place for engagement. 

Yes it's a small  ceremony at vaishu place.

When we reached at her place her bros welcomed and made us to sit in hall. Her house is not too big but not too small also. Bua  introduced us.

I was getting nervous.  Where is she?
My eyes were looking for her then I saw at staires where she was coming down with her bros. 

I  was  stunned looking at her. I can't  remove eyes from her. She was wearing blue lehenga. She was looking down. She came and stand near me.

Oh God  why she is not looking at me. Is she shy? I want to hug her right now.

Control  your feelings Amit. Everyone  is here. God what she is doing to me.

Bua introduced her to everyone and to my surprise she took blessing from all elders. She sat with my mom and grandma.

Amit don't stare her like that, u r not  blinking your eyes  Divya bhabhi  said to me.

Oh come on bhabhi let him stare her, anu  said to bhabhi.

I know they r teasing  me but I can't help it as my jaan is looking like angle. I continue staring her.

Oh God bhaiya! 'please'  what her family will think anu said to me.

Then priest called us and we were sitting. He said some mantras and told my family  to give her Saree and other gifts.

Mummy put tika on her forehead  and give her Saree with coconut and jewellery box. But when mummy was going back vaishu's mom  told her to put flowers in vaishu's hair. She said according to their believe engagement is as good as half marrriag. Mummy smiled and put flowers in vaishu's hair. Then her mom did same thing .

After that priest told us to exchange rings.  Akash bhai give me ring and I  hold her hand. I slip the ring in her ring finger and looked at her. She was looking at me. Our eyes met and I saw her eyes moist. Then priest told her to put ring in my finger. She took the ring from her mom and slip the ring in my finger. I kised the ring by looking at her. I wanted to show her that she is every thing to me.  she looked shoking at me then smile and looked down. Her mom gave buaque of sugar to her and told her to give it to me. Then her mom told us to feed each other sweet.

After that my maa (grand maa) , my mom and divya bhabhi gave her jewellery boxes.

I am very happy not knowing what truth is waiting for me.
