"My longest yeah boy ever," Lucie whispered as she watched Rick reunite with his family on the small screen of Jeremy's computer. Jeremy turned to look at her with raised eyebrows - and tears on his cheeks, but shh, nobody needs to know about that - and snorted.

"Did you just meme this incredibly emotional moment?" he asked in mock disbelief.

"Fuck you, I just love my son," she muttered and glared at her friend. "Carl Grimes deserves the world and all of the fucking happiness." She leaned her head on Jeremy's shoulder to see the screen better as it was placed on his lap.

"Y'know, it's really weird to watch it because I actually kind of know Steven now."

"I know, his character is your character's hypothetical boyfriend. Lucky bitch." Lucie smiled when she felt Jeremy's shoulder shake with silent laughter before checking her phone again when it lit up with notifications. "I still think our shipname is hilarious. Jucie sounds a lot like juicy."

After that comment, it was pretty much silent for the rest of the episode. At the end of it, Jeremy slightly shifted which made Lucie lift her head off of his shoulder. He looked at her with wide eyes and pouted, which only made her look at him suspiciously.

"What is going on in that spy brain of yours?" she asked skeptically.

"Do you think I could get Emma back by making her jealous? Like, making her realize what she's missing and all that," Jeremy rushed out, to which Lucie shrugged.

"Maybe."

"What's the best way to make a person you want to date jealous?"

"I don't know, start dating another person," Lucie said and furrowed her eyebrows. "You're not leading some clueless person on, Shada. That's not okay."

He shook his head quickly, "No! I meant like, if I got a fake girlfriend or something?"

Lucie absolutely, completely judged him before snorting, "Funny joke."

"No, I'm serious," Jeremy said and sat up straighter. "Look, if I get a fake girlfriend, then they would be aware that I'm into Emma and not them." He looked at her with wide, innocent eyes. Lucie was probably going to say yes or agree with whatever he said next because damn, he looked absolutely adorable. "So, uh. You're here, you're my friend. You're like, really funny, pretty, and really single."

Hell no.

"Jeremy, I don't date. I hook up, but I don't date," Lucie said seriously and shook her head.

"But it's not real," Jeremy said, gesturing with his hands as he tried to convince her. "I mean, you have dated before, right? Gabe, you dated for a while a couple of years ago? So it's going to be like that, except no sex or anything."

Damn those pretty eyes, Lucie thought as she found herself nodding. He was looking at her in a way that would probably get her to agree to anything.

"Fine," she muttered and rolled her eyes as she crossed her arms over her chest. "Let's fake it like I fake orgasms."
