Well. . . It's over.

I keep myself busy over the next few weeks, I suppose he's doing the same. I don't really know, I don't hear from him and I'd rather it stays that way.

"I said I'm sorry already," I grumble, pouting just a little bit. While Collin, is being his unusually moody self --not that I know much about him.

"Well, you really hurt my feelings last week, Swift," he mutters, walking fast but I can still keep up.

"I never told you my surname," I say.

He stops in his tracks and turns around, I stop too. Then he smiles, making me roll my eyes as he really has deep dimples.

"I googled you, remember?"

"You should know my surname before you actually Google me," I say.

Collin scratches the side of his head. "I uh, looked through student records."

"No." I laugh at him. "Stalker," I tease.

"I'm not a stalker, I'm just a -- " I raise an eyebrow. "Curious admirer."

I scoff, "Whatever term you use, you're still a stalker. Call it even, forgive me."

He nods, "Forgiven. But was that guy your ex?"

I don't even believe we're already onto that subject.

I start walking towards my class again, "Y-Yeah h-he's my ex."

"He seemed a little bit um, grumpy. When did you two break up?" He asks.

Simple question. I blink a few times, technically, we've broken up years ago but I didn't know that.

"I don't know," I answer. "It's -- It's sort of complicated."

"I can see that," he comments. "So what's the story?"

"A long one," I reply. "So anyways --"

"I'm listening."

I can't really believe that. I purse my lips. "No, it's a really long story and it's not something I should bother anyone with."

"Is it some sort of the background reason why you don't socialize?" He asks.

I shrug, "Sort of."

"Then I want to know," he says. "I'm already late for my next class so meet me at the middle grounds at lunch, okay? Okay? I'll see you, Taylor Swift," he says with a smile and then runs away.

And I did not get to object.

I don't really want to go. In fact, I just want to be in the library at peace but my conscience had been ticking for thirty-seven minutes straight ever since twelve.

Is Collin really going to wait around?

Only one way to find out. . .

"You actually waited?!" I exclaim in surprise. I thought he won't do that!

Collin is still waiting when I got there, in one of the empty benches near the odd looking bushes.

"Yeah, well, I was wondering when you're going to show up," he says and then runs his hand through his spiky hair. "You had your lunch yet?"

"Yes," I answer.

"Well, I haven't, let's get some lunch."

Seriously.

So we both head to a nearby food chain. Apparently, he also knows that I still have a free period next so we could stay for hours. He has many connections, as he said and I think I get it. A lot of people know who he is because they keep greeting him on our way and asking who I was.
