"I'm bringing you all back to see Harry's new life. "
It was October 30th, James and Lily Potter stare down lovingly at their one year old son.
"I hope this works James." Lily whispers. He nods his head.
"Lils, Harry said if we didn't let Wormtail be our secret keeper, then we should live." He reassures her.
She sighs. "But what if it doesn't work. What if he still has to grow up with Tuney?" she mumbled, laying Harry in his crib.
"Lily, nothing will happen, we've got the best person as our secret keeper. We have Dumbledore. He will keep us safe." He reasoned.
They had all agreed to change the secret keeper to Dumbledore, Sirius agreed it was best.
"I know we have Albus, but what can he do that Padfoot can't?" she asked. Now in the kitchen pulling out a cup, James made her a cup of tea.
"Well for one, years of experience, and two the fact Voldemort is terrified of him." She sighed.
Knowing he was right. "Okay, but could we possibly go to Hogwarts tomorrow? I'd feel much better if we were with Albus, not that I doubt you or myself, I just can't help but worry." She spoke softly.
He smiled. "Anything for you Evans." he smirked. She rolled her eyes. "Since when am I Evans?" he chuckled, wrapping her in his harms.
"I agree, Mrs. Potter sounds so much better." Both of them laughing quietly, trying not to wake up the raven haired boy up the stairs.
Lily began to sip her tea when she saw him, she let out a terrified yet angry cry. "Peter!" she shrieked, drawing her wand.
James pulled out his wand, "Wormtail! What are thou doing here?" the short fat man stood there, eyes wide with fear. "P-Prongs! L-Lily! What's going in its me, it's Peter!" he stuttered frantically.
"Leave! Leave this house and never come back!" Lily screamed at him, forgetting she didn't want to wake her son. "Yes, I do advise you leave Wormtail, I won't say it again."
With that he disaparated. James turned quickly to Lily. "Quickly, pack a bag for you and Harry and meet me in the living room in five minutes. And hurry!" she nodded.
James dashed off quickly he needed to alert Dumbledore.
--Professor,
Peter just showed up, Lily and I made him leave, not giving him a reason why. You said he was in Azkaban, where his "little problem" would be contained.
It's obvious Voldemort released him. I'm bringing Lily and Harry to Hogwarts.
I just wanted you to know we were flooing to your office.
-James Potter --
Sending it off with Buttercup, Lily's snowy white owl.
He rushed up the stairs quickly and helped lily oak. He grabbed clothes and threw them into a small back pack, not caring if he was neat.
Lily used an invisible expansion charm, along with a weight lifting charm. "We have everything?" Lily asked. Checking everything.
"Yes dear flower we do." With that she scooped up her small son and wrapped him in a warm blanket.
They walked over to the fire place with just a back pack, and themselves. Gently placing a thin blanket over the baby's head, James wrapped his arm around Lily, and yelled, "Dumbledore's office". The soot was everywhere, but they managed to keep it off of Harry's face.
"Ah, James, Lily. Please come have a seat. I've prepared a room for you three. Within my own chambers I might add." He smiled at the young couple. "Thank you Albus."
Lily murmured, "we really appreciate it." He chucked. "Not a problem my dear. Would you like to go lay Harry in a crib?" he asked eyeing the sleeping raven haired boy.
She smiled. "Yes please. " She said gratefully, as much as she loved her son, he was getting very heavy.

Settling into the little place Dumbledore had set up for them didn't take long, what clothes they brought went in the dressers, and Harry's things neatly in the nursery area.
There was a small kitchen, and a cute little den. Dumbledore had once again out done himself.
Laying in the large bed, James and Lily Potter fell asleep that night feeling safe and secure, only to be waken by a screaming child hours later.
"Shh, Harry everything's alright, Mummy's here. Shh." Lily rocked the small boy back and forth trying to get him back to sleep.
After what seemed like hours of rocking, the young mother gave up. Bringing the child to her bed. "James move over." she said softly. He moved. "What are you doing Lily?" he asked rolling over. "Harry won't go back to sleep. I think he wants you." She sighed tiredly passing the young boy to his father.
"Hey there Prongslet, what's with all the fussing?" James cradled his small son. He began to make colorful smoke shoot from his wand.
Humoring the little raven haired boy, who was in a fit of giggled. Lily sat and watched her boys. Praying that this would never end.
After an hour of magic shows, the small family fell aleep, awaiting the day, where there fate awaits them. To live or to die they did not know.
