Harry walked hand in hand with Ginny, Ron and Hermione trailing them in a similar sate.
They made it to the entrance hall and Harry saw the new professor, dressed in pink from head to toe.
He scowled. He knew exactly who this new professor was, and he didn't like her one bit.
"That's the old hag that got Moony thrown out of Hogwarts in the first place." He growled. Ginny rubbed his arm soothingly.
"Well just steer clear of her this year Harry. As mush as you possibly can." She whispered. He pulled her closer as they walked by, he didn't want to be near her any longer than was necessary.
"Ahem." They heard a noticeably fake cough.
Harry turned around irritated. "What?"
"Mr. Potter, I don't care about your supposed fame, there will be no PDA in this school. All students are required to be at least eight inches apart." She smiled evilly at him.
"Same to you Miss Weasley. Ten points from Gryffindor. Each. The next offense will be detention."
Harry glared at her annoyed. For one nobody gave him anything or let him bend the rules because of what happened 15 years ago. Who did this woman think she is?
He thought about owling his father about her, but cringed when he realized it was something the Malfoy said on a daily basis.
"Come on Harry were going to miss the feast." Ginny murmured, her face a mask of irritation.
They made their way to their tables and Ron placed his hand on Harry's shoulder.
"What did the pinked out Miss Piggy want?" He asked.
Harry laughed at Ron's description of their new professor.
"I was hiding Ginny's hand and she got on to us and said all students are permitted to be each inches apart at all times. And we got ten points off each."
Ron laughed.
"Well that's stupid." Harry nodded.
They sat down, hundreds of gold plated and goblets appeared instantly.
Professor McGanagal started the sorting, Gryffindor gained seventeen new first years.
Professor Dumbledore gained everyone's attention.
"Welcome to another year at Hogwarts." He began.
He told them about all the restrictions and what he usually says and as all soon as he got to introducing the new toad of a teacher he was interrupted. "Ahem." Harry scowled.
Dumbledore however went on.
"Ahem."
Dumbledore turned around slowly.
"Yes Professor?" He asked calmly.
"Ah. Thank you Professor Dumbledore." She said walking up to his stand.
Harry and his friends stared up in horror, and anger.
"What? Who does she thing she is?" Harry growled. Ginny placed her hand on his back.
"Clam down Harry." She whispered.

After they ate dinner, the gleaming golden plates disappeared. Harry and his friends walked back up to Gryffindor tower, he laughed as a few first years got their foot stuck in the staircase.
Causing Ginny to smack the back of his head.

The whole month of September was all the same. Harry got up early to go to Quidditch practice, rushing off to his first class, and sluggishly moving throughout the day.
And earning multiple detentions for kissing or hugging Ginny when the old hag was around.
The only thing that bothered Harry was that Ginny got punished too.
"I'm sorry Gin." He whispered one night as they sat on the couch in front of the fire in the Gryffindor common room.
She smiled a small smile. "Don't worry about it Harry. It doesn't hurt anymore." At her words Harry rubbed his thumb across her newly scared hand.

I must not display PDA

Harry sighed. His hand was the same as hers.
Yet neither one had dared to tell their parents, both knowing the possible outcome.
They stayed down for hours talking and laughing, and occasionally a kiss or two, until finally they parted their separate ways and went off to bed.

As September was almost over, Harry and Ginny made their way down to the Quidditch pitch. The game they have all been waiting for. Slytherin vs Gryffindor.
Seeker and chaser hold hands as they walk onto the field confidently.
The Gryffindor stands cheered louder than ever. The evil toad caught Harry's eye, she was seething, seeing the young couple in such a close proximity. Harry smiled wickedly at her and pulled Ginny towards him.
Her chocolate brown eyes held confusion, as his warm hands caressed her soft cheeks.
He ever so gently placed his lips lightly to hers and whispered "Be safe." And walked to grab his firebolt.
He waved towards the stand. Seeing his mother and father. Since parents were aloud to come to see their children play the ever so famous game of quidditch.
Harry pulled his gloves on. Determined not to allow his mothers keen eyes seeing his new scar.
As the players mounted their brooms, the wind blew through Harry's messy black hair.
Dean announced the players of both teams. Gryffindor was announced in a more joyful manor.
"And they're off!" He roared.
Harry looked around for the snitch, there was no sign of it, and Malfoy didn't seem to have caught sight of it either.
"And Ginny Weasley takes possession of the quaffle!" Dean announces causing Harry's head to snap up. He watched her glide gracefully yet fiercely across the field.
"Come on Gin!" Harry yelled happily as she weaved around the Slytherin chasers.
"TEN POINTS TO GRYFFINDOR!" Dean cried out in joy.

The game went buy fast by the fourth goal scored by Gryffindor, Harry had already spotted the snitch.
It's golden wings fluttered closer to him, and then back away. Teasing him in a sense.
He raced towards it as fast as his broom would allow.
He reached his arm out and just as his fingers closed around the small ball, a bludger slammed into the back of his head.
The last thing he saw was a sea of fiery red hair and someone screaming his name.
