Finn's Point Of View
I got up from the couch and switched on my phone.
'2:30' it read.
I looked around the house.
It's been a week since we've moved here, and I think I kind of like it.
I decided to do something productive, so I laced up my shoes and yelled 'goodbye' to my mom before heading out into the uncharted streets.
After a few minutes of wandering aimlessly, I came across a small studio.
In the window stood a girl about my age. She had chestnut hair curled around her ears and milky brown eyes.
She was beautiful.
I couldn't help but notice how graceful she was and how fragile she looked. She would twirl around and arc her arms, feeling the rhythm of the music through her veins. There seemed to be a soft, radiant glow around her, something so elegant and captivating.
She caught my glimpse and smiled at me, which made my cheeks burn up.
I quickly gazed down at my phone.
3:00.
Was it that late?
I turned to walk back to my house, but then stopped.
Maybe I can wait just a bit more, then I could talk to her.
20 minutes later.
Finally she came out of the studio. She wasn't wearing her ballet costume, instead she was wearing a denim jacket, some leggings and a gray shirt.
I approached her hesitantly.
"U-uh hey I saw you dance and you were pretty good."
Smooth, Finn. Real smooth.
She gasped in fake astonishment. "Do I have an adoring fan?"
We both laughed.
She put her hand out for me to shake.
"Millie Bobby Brown."
I took it.
"Finn Wolfhard."
Millie, what a wonderful name.
"Well, sir Finn I'll be on my way now. Nice meeting you!"
"Same to you."
And with that we parted ways, my mind still on the graceful dancer, Millie Bobby Brown.
First chapter woo! I wanted to put a picture at the top but I dunno, maybe next time haha. Anyways hope you enjoyed thattttttt. Oh and don't forget to commenttttt
