Slow down your perturbed panting
Shush your unsettled thoughts
Close your eyes and just
Listen
Listen to the sentiments of your soul
Listen to what it's speaking
About you and your dreams
Your secrets and your desires
For treasures aren't found under seas
Or even beneath mountains
But only inside yourself- deep within
If only you decide to listen
🕛🕧🕐
Listen to the words of the world
Listen to what they're telling you
In a stack of good and evil admonitions
All depends on what you choose to listen
Listen to them eyes- for eyes speak the refined truth
Listen to them lips- for lips let lies loose
It's all up to you
In the end of all the chaos and confusion
What you choose to listen
And what you choose not to
