'I thought you said you had a surprise?' Demi asks as Nick pulls into the driveway at her house.

'I do.' He replies.

'You mean I didn't actually have to leave the house?' She asks.

'You got some new clothes, didn't you?' He says smiling.

'I just want to know what's going on. You've been so sneaky all day.' She replies getting out the car and watching as he lifts Tobias' carseat out of the back along with the shopping bags.

'You'll like it, I promise.' He says kissing the top of her head. They make their way over to the house and through the front door.

'Stay here.' He says smiling. He makes his way through to the living room and places Tobias' carseat and all but one of the shopping bags down on the floor before making his way back out to Demi.

'Go upstairs and change into this; I'm pretty sure it'll fit. It's not a nursing one but it should be okay.' Nick says handing the bag over to her.

'N-Nick? What's going on?' She asks and he shakes his head.

'Go change and do your hair or whatever you want to do and come back downstairs... Toby and I will be waiting.' He replies.

'Nick, this is beautiful... You shouldn't have bothered.' Demi says as she makes her way downstairs wearing the dress Nick picked for her.

'You're beautiful. Do you trust me?' He asks and she nods her head.

'Of course I do.' She replies smiling.

'Close your eyes and take my hand.' He says reaching his free hand out to her while the other cradles Tobias against his chest. Taking a deep breath she places her hand in his and closes her eyes as he begins to lead her towards the dining room.

'Open your eyes.' He says quietly. Slowly opening her eyes Demi gasps as she finds everyone she loves and could ever possibly want standing in front of her including her mom, dad, sisters and a few of her best friends.

'What are you guys all doing here?' She asks glancing up at Nick who smiles.

'I thought since we didn't have the pregnancy to prepare for Toby and because you didn't get to have a baby shower I thought I would through a little get together with some people just to celebrate you and our beautiful baby boy.' He replies.

'Nick, you shouldn't have.' She says and he shakes his head.

'You deserve this and so much more... Lets go outside.' He replies. He leads her to the back door and opens it to reveal the entire backyard has been decorated.

'This is amazing. I can't believe you'd go to this much effort for me.' She says.

'I'd do anything for you.' He replies.

'Shall we let the world know our baby boy's name?' Demi says glancing at Nick as she watches Marissa and Sirah fuss over Tobias.

'I think we should... You go ahead and post something then I'll just repost it.' Nick replies smiling. Grabbing her phone Demi quickly begins to upload a picture.

'Lovato-Jonas?' Nick says glancing at Demi who nods her head.

'I was always going to give him your name, I was just angry.' Demi replies.

'I love you.' He says smiling as she cuddles into his side.

'I love you more.' She replies.

'Have you had a good day? I didn't know if this would be too much for you but I wanted to do something special for you.' He says.

'It's been amazing.' She replies.

'And you're not too tired or anything?' He asks.

'I'm pretty sore but I'll be okay.' She replies.

'Do you want me to send everyone home?' He asks and she shakes her head.

'I'm okay. I'm going to go to the toilet and take some tablets.' She replies.

'You okay?' Nick asks making his way into the house where he finds Demi leaning against the wall.

'I think something's wrong... My wound is like all swollen and sore.' She replies quietly.

'Should we phone the doctor?' He asks and she nods her head.

'I think so.' She replies.
