Part 9

Me and Tae arrived at Mr.Jeon's office.
I suddenly remembered Tae words, he said if my company is bigger than Mr.Jeon company.
Tae was right, when I was here, I saw this company is big but not bigger than mine, and it makes me more confident to destroy him.

Me and Tae walked to the elevator, when I was in the elevator, my body started sweating, I can't imagine how it would be if I see his face, the face of the man who has hurted my mom.

And it seems like Tae realized if something was wrong with me, I glanced at him, saw him that staring at me while frowned.
"Are you alright?" he said and I nodded.
"I know you are nervous, all looks very clear from your body reaction" he added.
"I don't know, it's just..." I replied before I finish my word, then suddenly he held my hand.
"Just relax, try to act normal" he said, he caressing my hand with his thumb.
His touch make me feel calm.

Then the elevator door opened, we stepped out, and walked slowly toward the Mr.Jeon's room while Tae still holding my hand.

When we got in front of the door, we paused, unconsciously I held Tae's hand very tight, he smiled, realize of my nervousness.
"If you are not ready to meet him, you can wait for me outside" he said.
"No, I'll come with you" I replied.
"Are you sure? you will be fine?" he said, he very care about me.
"Yes" I said while look into his eyes.
"Ok, don't be scared, I'm here" he held my hand even tighter.
"Are you ready?" he added then I nodded.
"Then let's go inside" he gave me a warm smile.

He knocked on the door.
"Come in" I heard a voice inside the room, I got a goosebumps when I heard the voice, then Tae twisting the door knob, the door already open, I took a deep breath before I stepped inside.
Tae walks first, and I follow him from behind.
"Oh Tae you are here" Mr.Jeon said while give him a hug.
"Then take a sit" he added.

I see his face now, this guy, I really hate him, I clench my fist, my blood begins to boil, feel the anger flowing in my veins.
I felt like I want to pointing a gun at his head, pulling the trigger, letting a bullet through his skeleton, letting the bullet lodged in his brain and seeing him died in front of me.

I heard Tae clear his throat, his voice made me come back from my dark thoughts, I glanced at him, I didn't realize if Tae already sitting, because I was overwhelmed by my anger.
He moved his hand, gave me a hint to sit next to him, then I sat beside him.
"For what, you asked me to come here Sir? " he said with a flat expression.
"Before I answer your question, I have to ask you something" Mr.Jeon said with a deep voice.
"Who's the beautiful girl sitting next to you? is she your girlfriend? aren't you going to introduce her to me?" Mr.Jeon said while glancing at me and gave me a bright smile.

His attitude makes me disgusted, he shows a good attitude, looks like a good father, but actually he is a terrible person.
"I'm sorry if I ruin your moment with her, and ask you to come here" Mr.Jeon said.
"No, it's nothing, I'm the one who should apologize, I didn't tell you if I bring someone here, I have to bring her here with me, because I have to drove her home after this, and she's not my girlfriend, she's just my friend" Tae replied with a bitter smile.
"Ok, then what's your name?" Mr.Jeon ask me, stared at me with a soft gaze.
"My name is y/n.. y/f/n.. nice to meet you Mr.Jeon" I replied, I try to make my voice not shaking.
"Nice to meet you too y/n, hmmm then are you working?" he asked.
"Yes" I forced myself to smile.
"Where do you work? I mean in which company" he added.
I'm so glad he asked this, this is my chance to give him a shock therapy.
"This is my business card" I took out my business card and gave it to him.
He picked it up, and his expression instantly changed.
"You really?? the owner of Hynix?" he widened his eyes.
"Yes" I replied with confident.
"Wow, then your company are bigger than mine, I'm so grateful to meet a great lady like you" he smile very bright.
"Thanks you Mr.Jeon, this is also an honor for me to meet you" I said.
"You have to meet my son, he would be happy to meet a business woman as great as you" he replied.
"Oh, then I can't wait to see your son, he must be as great as his father" I keep trying to smile.
I just thought, what will he do after he let me to meet his son, will he ask his son to marry me because now he knows if I have a bigger company than him? it's so disgusting.
"Om then, Tae, here, you take this file, learn it well, because your parents are abroad for business, so you have to take over this job" he gave the file to Tae.
"Om, anything else Sir?" Tae replied with a cold tone.
"Oh, one thing, I invite you for dinner at my house tomorrow" Mr.Jeon said.
"You too y/n, you have to come ok?" he added
I was shocked by his words, I can't believe if he invited me too, he made it easy for me to get into his family.
"My pleasure, I'll come with Tae " I said.
"Good, then that's it, you can go now, once again, I'm so glad to meet you y/n, I hope we can get to know each other better" he said.
"Me too" I said.
I looked at Tae, he smirked, he must feel what I feel, his face looks very annoyed by Jungkook's father
"Ok then, I'll go now, see you" Tae stood up, I follow him, and we bowed then leave from his room.

I see Tae very quiet, he didn't say a word since we came out of Mr.Jeon's room, his face looks so depressed, his gaze looks so dark, I don't know what's wrong with him.

We walked out of the company, headed to his car, and he still silent, we got in the car, the atmosphere became very awkward.
"Tae, thank you so much, because of you, finally I can meet him" I said when he turn on the engine
but he didn't answer, he keep silent, he didn't even to look at me, he didn't seem to realize my existence.
"Hey, are you alright?" I patted his shoulder.
"Oh, yes, what? I'm sorry" he replied, he looks so shocked.
"What's wrong with you?" I said.
"Nothing, I'm fine, I just thinking about my parents jobs that have to take over by me" he replied.
I don't know why I feel that he lies, I can feel that's not what he's thinking, it seems he has other problems that make him so depressed.
"Don't worry, I can handle it, now I'll take you home" he smile at me and start driving.

I'm sorry y/n, I lie to you, I just thinking what would happen tomorrow when you meet Jungkook, I would love to forbid you not to meet him, I didn't want Jungkook to met his first love that he had been looking for all along, I didn't want you to be close to him, and fall in love with him.
