Chapter 31

Emma's POV

Well this is the most awkwardest thing in the world. I mean I should be at school and not even with Killian and we were about to... It doesnt matter now all that matters is my dad will never let me see Killian again.

"Okay I know this looks bad... So here is the truth." I start.

"Swan dont. He wont even care about what you have to say. Just go with him I'll be fine." Killian says.

"Well... Not all the way fine once I beat your ass." My dad says.

"Oh you want to beat my ass, In m house, Where you dont belong. What the hell are you doing in my house anyway?" Killian asks.

"I had to get something for your brother." My dad says.

"Yeah so now that you got whatever it is you had to. Get Out." Killian says.

"Not without my daughter." My dad says.

"Well take her. She'll just come back to me anyway." Killian says.

"Watch your mouth kid." My dad says.

"Im just saying she cant help herself, but to want to be with me. She forced to be with you." Killian says.

"Your just a punk ass kid who should really learn some manners." My dad says.

They were literally about to kill each other, when I got between them because I knew one thing. Neither of them will hurt me.

"Thats enough. You both need to stop it. I have had it. Just stop." I say.

"Swan... Just breathe okay." Killian says putting his hand on my shoulder.

"Dont touch my daughter." My dad says and smacked Killian's hand away.

"Do you really think you can call yourself that after you tried to force me to break up with her. I mean cant you just excepted it and move on." Killian says.

"Dad, he's right. Ever since I started dating him you have turned into a monster and I know you want to protect me, but you really pushed it to far. You have to realize that I can handle myself and that if he ever hurts me on his own you have my full permission to kill him. Please dont make my chose between my father and my boyfriend, because that will just break us. Im sorry I lied and kept dating him. Beside if you want to be mad at anyone for this it should be me because he wanted to do as you said just so I wouldnt lose my father. I came up with this plan...." I say.

"Emma, Im sorry for the way I acted okay. Its just I dont know how to react to this kind if thing. Im sorry, but for a long time your dream was to leave here and go to college and then when you started dating him I guess I saw that dream die. Im so sorry." My dad says.

"Dad that dream is still alive, but I have a new one added to it. Please understand." I say.

"I'll tell you what.. You stop ditching school unless its an actually emergency and continue studying hard and I wont get between you and him again." My dad says.

"Really? You mean it?" I ask.

"Yeah." He says.

I just walked over to my dad and hugged him, but now I have to find away to explain why I am at Killian's house durning school hours and why I took Killian's shirt off.

"One thing about what you saw...." I say.

"Neal... He attacked Emma in the hallway and I brought her here to get her away from him. As for the shirt I spilled my coffee all over myself and she insisted to get the stain out before it sets." Killian says.

"What is with you and stains? I just dont get it." My dad says.

"I asked her that same question when she begged to get the stain out." Killian says.

For a moment they were getting along which made them both quiet for awhile so my dad just quickly left. This might take some time, but Im glad I can have both of them in my life without one being secret.
