Emma's POV
That trip would have been 10 times better if my father hadnt scared my boyfriend. Killian wouldnt even stay with me at night when I asked him too. My dad really freaked him out and I didnt like that. Well for me school is almost over and there is one high school experience that I have always dreamed about and that was Prom. I just hope Killian will take me.
"Hey Emma how was your trip?" August asks as he approached me at my locker.
"Well lets see my father scared my boyfriend into not wanting to be alone with me. Even when we were Killian kept his distance." I say.
"David freaked him out how?" He asks.
"He told Killian he knows when Killian is wanting to do something with me and the first night there we were about to and my dad messages me saying he knows what we are doing. After that Killian barely touched me." I say.
"Your dad's an ass." He says.
"I know now Im hoping my boyfriend will take me to Prom." I say.
"Well tell him that." He says.
After school Killian was waiting for me as usual. He tried to kiss me, but I pulled away.
"Oh so now you want to kiss me. Where was that when we were gone?" I joke.
"Haha very funny." Killian says and kisses me.
"I love you." I say to him.
"I love you more." He says.
He kissed my head and opened the car door for me. As we drove back to his house or mine I wasnt really sure I just looked at him.
"Hey can I asked you something?" I ask.
"Sure love whats up?" He questions.
"I know you said you dont want to go to the school ever again... but there is one thing that.... Well I have always wanted to go to. The only school event I will ever actually look forward to." I say.
"Are you saying you want to go to Prom with me because if you are then I would love that, but if you asking me to go to some smart people sport the answer would be no." He says.
"First off you know you would go to a smart person event if I asked and second yes the Prom... So you'll go?" I ask.
"I'll go on one condition." He says.
"Im not promising sex." I say.
"Not that... I'll go as long as your father doesnt constantly call and text you all night." He says.
"Well I think I can make that happen." I say.
"Then Emma Swan you have the hottest date for Prom." He says.
Well that is true I will have the hottest date, but the Prom is at a hotel an hour away. I hope my dad lets me go and if he does Im turning my phone off so theres a chance that Killian and I could finally have a fun night without my father getting in the way.
