Killian's POV
Its been about 2 weeks and I noticed that lately Emma hasnt spoken to her dad and I know its killing her so I decided to ditch school and go and talk to David. I know what David did hurt her, but this has gone on long enough.
"Killian what are you doing here? You should be in school." Liam says.
"I know its just... Emma and her father need to put this behind them. Its my fault that they are not talking. I have to make it right." I tell him.
"Wow you must really care for her." He says.
"Yeah I do now where is he?" I ask.
"In the back." He says.
I went to the back and when David saw me he looked as if he wanted to hurt me which is understandable.
"David I want you to know that Emma is fine, but I also think you should know that I can tell that she miss you. She is just to stubborn to admit it." I say.
"See this is why I dont like you." David says.
"Because I care enough to try and bring you guys back together?" I question.
"No because your a bad influence for my daughter. She deserves so much more then you." He says.
"I sorry that you hate me, but dont you think she deserves you to apologize to her and have everything go back to normal." I say.
"Everything cant just go back to normal with you in the picture." He says.
"Are you saying you'll make amends with your daughter if I dump her?" I ask.
"You said it not me. So if you really care about her and want her and I to fix everything then you need to step out of her life and let her be. Can you do that?" He asks.
I didnt know what to say but he gave me 24 hours to make up my mind. The rest of the day I had to think about what to decide. I even went to school and finished the day, but seeing Emma crushed me.
"Hey you look upset. Oh and where were you this morning?" Emma asks.
"Liam forgot something and I brought to him." I lie.
"Oh... Well since its Friday I was thinking that we go bowling tonight like you suggested." She says.
"Yeah okay, but prepare to lose." I say.
"Yeah that will happen." She says.
If I only have less then 24 hours to decide then I better make the most of my time with Emma. Cause once I decide I either get to keep her in my arms, but she loses her father or I crush her heart and lose her forever, but reunited her with her dad. Ugh what am I going to do?
