That night Noah pulled up into Casey's driveway and flashed his headlights in her window. A few minutes later Casey came running out with a large suitcase. Noah took it and threw it in the back seat and they both hopped in the car. After a few minutes of silence Casey decided to speak.
"Noah you know that this is just buying us time. I'm not gonna get better. We don't even know what this is. You could get it to."
"This is the only shot we have Casey. I'm not gonna let you go. Not without a fight."
The rest of the car ride was taken in silence. After hours of being on the road they pulled up to a camp hiding in the woods. Casey sat straight up.
"Woah, what is this place? How did you find this?"
Noah didn't say anything, just stepped out of the car.
"Wait here."
Noah went over and talked to a man at the camp. After twenty minutes he came back for Casey.
"Come on they have a tent open. Let's grab our things."
He grabbed her hand and they walked to their tent.
