You've been running around the farm helping your mother out, you were stressed out over waiting for your A-Level results coming through in a few days and your period was late, infact you hadn't had one in a few months. You were trying to get the how's into their sheds.

Your afternoon began when your mum asked you to help her out, you agreed to her since your older brother wasn't around, he was at the scrapyard, you always loved helping on the farm, the animal and taking care of them, your husky Ken was always at your feet.

"Y/N (your name)Lachlan is here to see you" you heard your mother call you from the house, you stopped when Ken began barking.

"Okay mama" you shouted back as you began making your way to you house. You knew you needed a shower you smelt of the farm not that it bothered you or even Lachlan.

"What did you want me for Lachie, I was working for mama" you asked your boyfriend as you washed your hands.

"I wanted to talk to you, I wanted to known why you've been so distant with me." Lachlan asked you which made you nervous, you didn't know the reason to why you had missed your period and you didn't want to tell your boyfriend that. You were worried what he would he say if you ended up pregnant, what would you say yourself. You wanted to go to medical school, to train to become a doctor, as much as you loved working for your mum on the farm you didn't want to do that for your whole life.

"I've just been stressed baby, I've been worrying about my A level results, if I don't pass them I won't be able to go to Uni and if I don't go to Uni then I won't be able to become a doctor" you hoped your boyfriend would understand and fall for your lie what you had just thought of at the top of your head.

"Why don't you talk to me like you used to, you seem distant with me now days!" Lachlan shouted at you, you rolled your eyes and turned around, you couldn't believe your Boyfriend was acting like this.

"Lachlan listen I've told you I'm stressed! I desperately need to go to university otherwise I won't be able to be a doctor, I've wanted to be a doctor for as long as I can remember. It's my dream job" you responded with your back to your boyfriend.

"Just forget it Y/N you don't want to talk to me so I'll make it easier for you, were over" Lachlan growled making you role your eyes

"Fine, I don't care! I don't need you. Forget we were ever together because I can't be bothered with you always complaining and shouting at me!" You screamed pushing Lachlan out of the door and screamed in frustration as you slammed the door shut.

"Baby girl you okay?" Mum asked you as she came into the kitchens after the door had slammed shut.

"Im fine, in fact I'm better than I've been in ages" you smiled leaving your mother in the kitchen and made your way to your room.
