I got to my moms house and Tina and Melo got out with me. We wet inside, my mom wasn't home. I went up to my "room" I got all my clothes together, and anything else that was left. I shrugged a little and hugged Melo. He hugged back and kissed on my shoulders. "Its okay babygirl," he whispered to me. I nodded into his chest, and closed my eyes. I pulled away and got my two bags. I followed them back outside. My mom was just pulling in. I looked away from here. She got out, with my dad. I gulped a little. I held onto Melos hand and scooted closer to him. "You really think we didn't have bail money dumbass?" my dad laughed harsh, as he walked closer to me. I shrugged a little bit, not answering. He shoved my shoulder.
"Do not touch her!!" tina yelled at him, stepping closer.
"What are you gonna do about it?!" my dads head snapped to Tina.
"Stop they aren't worth it," my mom took his arm and took him inside. I sighed a little.
"I wanna go home," I looked up at Melo, tears filled my eyes.
"Lets go baby," he wiped a stray tear away. I followed him to the car and got in.

"Mom can we talk?" Melo said to Tina once we got home
"Whats up?" She smiled at him.
"Shelby and I talked last night and she wants to stay here but she also wants to be apart of a family like have a mom and dad that love her you know?" he smiled at her, holding my hand.
"Oh yah I understand that," tina smiled at me.
"Maybe we could keep her here while they get a foster family for her then she can live with them?"
"We can work something like that out," she smiled at me, I smiled back.
"Thank you," I smiled at her. I got up and hugged her. She hugged back. "Thank you for everything," I whispered to her.
"Don't thank me sweetie," she smiled, hugging tighter. I nodded and pulled away. I smiled at her again and sat back by Melo.
"When does school start again?" I smiled over at Melo.
"Soon," he groaned a little, "Like two weeks."
"Yeah we are going to go school shopping," Tina smiled.
"Oh okay have fun," I smiled at them.
"You too silly, youre part of the family," she smiled at me. I smiled back and cuddled into Melo.
"You don't have to," I shrugged a little.
"But we want to hun," she smiled.
