WHITE KNUCKLES FROM CLENCHING HER FIST TOO HARD, and gritted teeth from an effort to remain silent, her hunched form exuded an animosity that was like acid - burning, slicing, potent. Her face was red with suppressed rage, and when Selina even set a finger on her shoulder, Bella swung around and mentally snapped.
"How dare she think you're hers!" Bella ranted while Selina tried to calm her down. They were in their bedroom, Selina sitting on the lap of a slightly calm Edward while Bella paced across the room. The bronze haired man had relaxed after the blonde left, listening to Selina's thoughts and finding comfort in the fact that she had no sexual thoughts about the blonde.
"Calm down, Bella." The said brunette snapped her gaze to Selina, who shrinks down at the dominating and fierce look in the girl's doe brown eyes. Bella stomps over to Selina, glaring at her other mate.
"Calm down?! CALM DOWN?! SHE CALLED YOU HERS WHEN YOU ARE OURS! OURS!" Bella fumed, and Selina whimpered, her submissive side coming out. Edward snapped out of his thoughts as he felt Selina shiver and push herself deeper into his chest as if she wanted to disappear.
"Bella, calm down. You're scaring her." Releasing what she did to Selina, Bella physically calmed down before stroking Selina's cheek.
"Oh, I didn't mean to frighten you; love." The brunette gave her a soft smile as she leant into her hand, enjoying the sparks.
"It's fine." She reassured her; Selina's voice was soft and full of love. Edward smiled before using his speed to cuddle with Selina under the blanket. The girl giggled and leant her head against his chest, enjoying the coldness of his body while Edward wrapped his arms around both Selina and Bella, who got in straight after. The older brunette wrapped her arms around her mate and nuzzled her head into Selina's neck.
"Rest, baby girl." Edward cooed as he kissed the calm and peaceful Selina, who closed her eyes and allowed sleep to sweep her off her two legs. Their mate fell limp, and her heartbeat steadied which informed them that she had fallen into a deep slumber, one that might cause her to sleep until the morning.
"I'm glad we found her," Bella said as they stared down at the beauty they could call theirs. "She truly is a beauty." Edward nodded as they both watched their mate sleep, which to them was utterly normal.
