Y/N POV :
I just got on the bus for this camp my mom signed me up for. She said it was an " art camp" and thought I could use more practice. My dad couldn't care less about me so he just ignores my existence. The bus driver looked like a creepy dude. I did really trust him. It took him about 20 minutes to get to this camp and slammed on the breaks when we got there. When I was getting my stuff of the bus the was a over cheerful guy standing there waiting for me with a camper by his side.
" Hi! You must be y/n!! My name is David and I'm going to be your councilor for the summer. Your tent is number 13! You will sleep with Nikki! "
I was not happy to begin with and I'm tired so I flipped him off and found my tent and got unpacked. That David guy was soooo annoying. The kid next to him was cute though. He also giggled when he flipped David off. I went outside and walked around to get a better view of the place. This place is fucking horrible. No ac, no wifi and no privacy. I stared to walk to the mess hall. When I open the doors it was a disaster. The other council- I think her name is Gwen - was throwing food at a kid on the ceiling fan. "Motherfucker !". It was the funniest shit I've seen all summer. David rushed to the fan and shut it off making the kid fall face first on the ground. I was laughing uncontrollably. I finally got a grip when David was introducing me to the other campers. I just waved to all of them and the gave a casual glance back at me. I walked out to escape the awkwardness. Then I heard and animal sound and saw a thing sprinting towards me. I thought I was going to die until it stoped in front of and sniffed my legs.
" Hi my name is Nikki! You must be the new camper. I heard you were staying in my tent. This is going to be fun,"
Nikki then grabs my hand and pulls me back inside of the mess hall to a table in the corner. When we got there the kid standing next to David earlier and a tall skinny kid with brown curly hair were sitting there. They seemed nice.
" so what is your name new kid!" Nikki practically screamed.
" My name is Y/N. what's your guys names. "
" Hi Y/N my name is Neil,"
" The names Max,"
Max had black curly hair and was around my height (y/h). He had amazing aqua eyes and tan skin, he also wore a blue sweater shirt with a yellow shirt underwear . Nikki had greenish teal hair with overalls and a yellow shirt. It fell silent for a few seconds until Nikki got up and dragged Neil with her to talk about something. Max started to talk to me.
" I like your style Y/N. the way you flipped off David. And you laughed at space kid. It looks like I have some competition for the biggest asshole at camp,"
" Well Max I can't wait to beat your sorry ass at this so called " competition " ,"
I gave him a competitive glare and walked off the find my cabin. Max is super cute and just like me! I just can't let him know I have a crush on him. I could tell this summer was going to be good.
Max's POV
The new chick Y/N made me feel all weird when I was near her. I think she is going to make this hell hole a lot better.
