After years of traveling, Simon Brewer has finally reached his old home. This was the house where he was born sixty-two years prior. He had lived in this building for thirty-one years but then moved to go to a job that payed especially well over 2,900 miles away.
After working for forty-four years of his long life, he was finally able to retire. He decided that he would walk to and live in his old house, which was conveniently up for sale. Although the walk was hard and he wasn't as strong as he used to be, he managed to make the trip. It took him several years to do so after staying at various pit stops, including relatives' homes. Simon had also dealt with many negative people along the journey. But, in the end, he didn't care. He cared about his amazing experiences, his family, and the satisfaction of reaching his destination.
He gazes upon the building from top to bottom. It looked just like a regular old townhouse to some people, but to him it was his castle. It was grand with its decorative brick siding, its light greenish color that was similar to wasabi, and its cloud white window frames. The windows themselves seemed relatively foggy, but in a pretty way to Simon.

The man walks into his old home and gazes upon each and every object in sight, recalling old memories. He manages to make his way to his living room down the hall, where a bright brown couch lays.

Simon had come so far and was so tired. All he wanted to do was lay on this couch and reminisce until he fell asleep. Which is what he did.
