After fighting the Vulture and rejecting Tony's offer to become an official member of the Avengers to stay active as a street level super hero, the presence of Spider-Man has become feared by criminals everywhere. While Daredevil disappeared from Hell's Kitchen due to Matt Murdock retiring and Luke Cage being in prison for crimes he never committed, Spider-Man (who became more of a city defender even in the comics than a town defender) stepped in and put criminals in Hell's Kitchen and in Harlem to justice. It was hard to juggle with high school life and all, but with Aunt May finally kmowing, it made things easier... sometimes.
"It seems like yet another operation has failed due to the interference of Spider-Man" said a person standing in shadows.
"No matter. Our war with the Chaste is almost over it won't matter when it is over" said another voice.
