Diana POV...

I wasn't exactly mistreated badly. But even so, I wasn't treated the best when my aunt and cousins took over the Cavendish mansion. I was still underage to become the head of the Cavendish, so the title had to go to my aunt. But I know for a fact that she won't be handing the title back to me for some time, a long time, after all she want the name to keep growing.

We may be nobles, but my Aunt was a greedy woman, she wanted to be from royalty. The only way to rise up to royalty is to marry the next in line to be Queen, one of the princesses of the Kagaris'.

So it was decided she was going to do all in her power to have either one of her daughters marry into the family.

Though she was afraid I would come along and ruin everything for her. Really, I could care less of her wanting to become some royal, all I wanted back was the title of head of the Cavendish.

The only chance they had for Aunt's dream to come true is to go to the party for the oldest princess to choose a groom or bride to rule beside her.

And who knows, maybe if one of them is married to the Princes I could become head of the Cavendish, it was something Aunt did consider.

"Well then Diana, I want you to stay here and look over the house. We will be taking out leave." Aunt said, but was stopped by one of my cousins. "Wait Mother, are you really going to leave her like that? What if she sneaks out and decides to come to the party."

Aunt gave a quick look to my cousin then to me. "That's a good point."

I backed up a bit as I noticed Aunt Daryl get nearer and nearer.

She took me by the arm and pulled me all the way into the attick, where she would always take me when my cousins would lie and get me on trouble. She locked it and left.

"Get me out! Aunt Daryl! I promise I won't leave! Get me out of here!" I yelled.

I always hated the attick, being locked in here for most of my life, someone would've thought that I'd be used to it already. But no, this place gave me nightmares, it was the same place Father had died. I truly hated it up here.

I started to pace around and tried my hardest to not loose it. But this time it didn't work, my breathing was getting louder and much faster, I started to wheeze and cry.

I hate this!

I walked towards a corned and curled up hugging my knees.

I want out!

I don't want to be stuck up here!

I can't deal with this anymore.

"Hey, please calm down." I heard an unfamiliar, yet secure, voice that had seemed to calm me down.

I looked up to see a pretty girl with fiery red hair, her eyes having the same color. Her hair was parted to the middle, bangs framing the sides of her face curving in, with neck-length hair curving out on the back of her head.

She wore a white jacket with long sleeves which didn't cover her armpits, clavicles, or cleavage, coattails on the sides of her hips with only two blue buttons holding it together.

She also wore blue skirt, and a brown body-belt with a golden ring-shaped buckle. Some blue thigh-high stockings and white boots with a diamond-like shape in the tip, buttons right under it, with a red tip and heels.
