My car's headlight was the only thing that's guiding my way through the workshop so I wouldn't bump into any other cars. They're obviously already banged up enough. Not even the large neon sign above head which spells the shop's name was lit. Well, at least the shutters are halfway up and there's a soft warm glow coming in the shed itself, which is a lot better than being completely dead like the last time I came here.

I glance at the clock on my dashboard, seeing that it's only 8.20. Either way, I switch off the headlights, before climbing out of the car.

I make my way to the shutters, before crouching down slightly and sliding underneath it, only to bump into someone.

"Woah, mate, you're not supposed to be in here, man." An unfamiliar voice says as his arms stable me slightly.

I look up to see a man with auburn hair, short stubble littered across his jaw, staring me down slightly. He probably thinks I'm breaking in or something.

"Ed. Don't worry about it. He's with me." I hear Niall's voice say from behind him. My eyes dart over to him, releasing a breath that I didn't even know I was holding. Oh, so this is Ed.

He looks over at me before nodding to himself. "You don't look like a burglar anyway." He says, releasing his hold on me and I release a nervous chuckle.

A look of realisation crosses over his features. "You asked me to leave earlier because you wanted this place to yourself, didn't you, dirty bastard." Ed teases, before he chuckles loudly.

I glance over to Niall, a smug smirk threatening to break out on my face. He shoots Ed a look before his eyes gaze towards mine and he rolls his eyes as he sees my facial expression.

"Right, right, okay. I'm just kidding. I'll get going then." Ed says, still snickering to himself.

"Bye Ni, see you tomorrow." He greets. "And try not to make too much of a.. mess." He shoots Niall a smirk and this time, I can't help but to let out a breathy laugh.

"Bye Ed." Niall sing songs and Ed chuckles one last time, before he's sliding under the shutters and out of sight.

I turn back to Niall, with a cheeky smile and he rolls his eyes.

"Don't even say anything." He warns and I chuckle loudly.

"I wasn't going to. But since you mentioned it.." I trail off teasingly and he shoots me a look.

"Don't." He cuts me off.

"You asked me over to hook up." I say either way, despite his attempt of stopping me. "You asked me over at 8.30 so there won't be anyone around. I knew you couldn't live without me." I grin widely and he rolls his eyes, scoffing.

"Don't get too full of yourself, babe." He rolls his eyes. "Why are you here so early anyway?"

"I don't like to keep people waiting." I simply answer with a small smirk.

"And by the way, for the record, no one mentioned anything about hooking up. You assumed." He adds with slightly narrowed eyes. I chuckle breathily, before slowly walking towards him. "I could be asking you for a game of UNO, for all you know." He says breathily, his eyes never leaving mine and I raise an eyebrow.

"Well, are you?" I ask, standing right before him until we're face to face, so close I'm pretty sure he can feel my accelerated heartbeat with the sudden exhilaration I suddenly feel.

I trail my finger over his jaw gently and his eyes glint slightly in the dim lighting. "Going to ask me for a game of UNO, that is." I add.

His eyes dart down to my lips and I unconsciously lick them wet, feeling how cracked and dry they are.
