If i could go back

Chapter 3

Nicky went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror.

N: i can't believe i can time travel!

Nicky thought for a second, what if she went back to yesterday? Would dante like her? Well see!

Nicky put her finger on the gem and thought about yesterday. And in a blink of an eye she was there.

D: so do you play?

Nicky got butterfly's in her stomach!she can't embarrass herself now!

D:uh nick?

N:oh sorry i was uh...

D: in another world. *chuckles*

N:how did you know?

D:what?

N: i said uh um i said that...I...like basketball!

D:oh ok heh

N:*nervous laugh* ya hehe...heh

D:...

N:SO ANYWAY! How is everything heh?

D:oh GREAT actually i um...have a girlfriend!

Nicky's heart dropped, she felt like she was going to throw up. She felt dizzy. Nick had a crush on dante for years now and he never knew.

D:nick?

N: oh um sorry i must of dosed off again..

D:hm, but ya i have a girlfrie-

N:i need to go

D:wait what?

N:i need to go dante

D:where?

N:...

D:nick?

N:I SAID I NEED TO GO!

Nicky pushed dante out of her way and ran home. She started to ball her eyes out.

"HOW COULD HE?" she thought

Nicky went into her bathroom and put her finger on the gem and went back to before.

She was in the bathroom again. Nicky knew that something would change. As soon as she got out of the bathroom she saw dante at the locker with...Katie Creek. Of coarse. Nicky's locker was 2 lockers down from dante's so in order to go to her's she has to pass him. Nick tryed to avoid them but it didn't work.

D: HEY NICKY!

Nicky kept walking

D:nicky!

Dante grabbed her arm and turned her around

N:what?

D:you walked out yesterday so i wanted to see if you're ok. You're ok though so...

Dante walked back half way untill...

N: Am i dante? Am i ok?

Dante stopped in his tracks and turned to nicky

D:what?

N: i said...AM I OK?

Kids started to crowd around nicky and dante including katie

D: i mean you looked ok

N:IT DOSNT MATTER IF I LOOK OK DANTE! PEOPLE CAN HIDE OVER 100 THINGS WITH JUST 1 SMILE OK?

D:WHY ARE YOU SNAPPING ON ME? I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING! YOU'RE ACTING LIKE YOU'RE SISTER!

Nickys books dropped on the floor. She had a sister named skyler. Skyler wasnt crazy or anything,right now she's at a art school. Skyler got mad really easily though.  Nicky went up to dante and punched him

N:DON'T EVER TALK ABOUT SKYLER LIKE THAT AGAIN!

Dante got knocked off his feet by nicky. Nicky walked out of the school to call her mom.

N:mom? Can you pick me up now?please? Ok thanks.

Nicky put her phone in her pocket and felt a tap on her shoulder..it was katie

N: what do you want katie?

Katie slapped nicky then nick kicked her and punched her. She made a few holes in katies cashmere sweater.. Whoops.

Nickys mom pulled up in the drive through and Nicky ran to the car.

NM: what happened to you!?

N:its..ill tell you when i get home

Her mom nodded. Nicky just starred at katie walk back into the school with her ripped sweater, dirty skin and skirt, messed up hair and bruise on her face. Nicky grinned a little.
