"Oh shit." Hunter murmured darkly.

I could return the sentiment

Sam grinned at me viciously.

Bastard.

He sat down smugly, its as if he knew that he was being a little shit.

His friends all sat down as well, they all looked to him before doing it though.

"It seems that we have an audience Quinn." Hunter hissed to her.

"It seems so." She sounded like she was going to kill Sam.

"Library?"

What the fuck? Was this a code word or something?

"Library."

Quinn nudged me in the shoulder and we three got up slowly.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"The library, it seems that Sam wants a little 'chat'". Hunter answered.

That's what that little staring contest was?

We left our table and our barely touched food for the halls of the school.

The whole place was a labyrinth, a maze of twists and turns and classrooms. I could barely see the route that these two had calculated.

We reached a small alcove with a set of doors next to us, and a graffitied wall on the end.

And leaning against the wall, was Sam, a girl and another dude.

How the hell did they get here so fast? Maybe through the doors?

"Hello there Hunter." Sam greeted coldly.

"Sam, what do you want?" Hunter gritted out.

"We just wanna know a little more about your friend here." The girl purred.

Holy shit! The girl had yellow eyes! That's both awesome and scary!

She had amber eyes which contrasted starkly against her tanned skin. Spiky dark lashes framed them. Her hair was short and jet black, she had a leather choker and a weird looking ear cuff. She wore a purple long sleeve and jeans over her sneakers.

The hell? It's like thirty five degrees here?

The other guy wore cargo pants and a white hoodie. He had a chain through his belt loops, which I had to admit looked really cool. His hair was dyed electric blue and he had a snake bite.

What was with the good looking people? Why do they have to be assholes?

"What do you wanna know?" I challenged. If the bitch wanted to know, she could ask me straight up.

She smiled, I never knew someone who could make that seem threatening.

"We want to know your stance on us."

What?

"Well, I know that you are acting like massive dicks. You included bitch."

She flicked her eyes to Sam, then Hunter, and then back to me.

"You don't know anything, don't just go by one account." Her smile was gone, her expression looked grave.

"She's with us." Quinn sneered.

"She's fair game." The girl countered.

"Look, I don't know what's going on here, but I'd really appreciate it if you backed the fuck up bitch."
